I have been banking with First Horizon & First TN Bank for over 20 years. I have never encountered anything from any employee with the company that has been anything but exceptional. Most recently Michelle Owens at the Hendersonville branch gave my wife and me exceptional service and advice, guiding us through the process of greatly enhancing our personal net worth and maximizing our financial status in our lives.Fantastic job Michelle!

I’ve been using this bank for years now and this location had me in shock. I was appalled at the way they treated and spoke to me. I assume it’s because of my age and maybe my looks. I’m 17 years old and was treated as an infant, not to mention they had me waiting for 45 minutes just to get a new card. I then left and went to the west main street location and was greeted and treated like a regular person. I was in and out within 7 minutes.

Horrible customer service. There’s been several times that I have made deposits without deposit slips and there’s been more times than I can count that the deposit was short. When I questioned why.. they said the machine must’ve missed it. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past and if that is so why not just go to online banking!

Do not use this location. They are deceitful will keep your money for their own purposes. They tell you federal regulations that don’t exist. Our business will be taken elsewhere as soon as they release our money after making money for themselves. Good luck if you need help as there is no number for corporate help. Pitiful and laughable disgusting feeling.

Sure, most banks try to have good customer service. This branch has treated me like family, and I look forward to going to see them. I've been doing business with First TN Bank for 20 years now. The folks at the Hendersonville Indian Lake Branch are consistently friendly, courteous and efficient. They make being a First TN customer extremely enjoyable... from their amazing customer service professional Patricia, who always calls everyone by their name and has an amazing smile and cheerful disposition to the Branch Manager and all of the other customer service personnel, they all always are cheerful and friendly. I only stopped in once. Don't think I will again. They were supposed to have a debit card ready when I walked in. Instead, they said it would be a 30 minute wait because they were with customers. I had to leave to get my children from daycare as this was my third attempt at getting a card! Maybe I need to change banks altogether!
