I was involved in the college and adult groups at the church. The majority of the college group was not very serious about their faith. The girls would rather go to a Brentwood service to "find rich husbands" than travel to Franklin to a multi hour worship service where God was moving.I tried a single ladies group, but the women were not interested in deep conversation, meeting outside church, and moving their lives forward. I believe both issues stem from a lukewarm pastor.The pastor is a charismatic speaker. He knows how to make his words sounds good, but there's no substance behind them. He spends more time talking about stories than opening and reading the Bible. This church likes to be comfortable and doesn't lean towards growth.

praise the lord the entire gospel!! the loosening of earthly wealth, unbinding earthly wants, storing in heaven, not serving two masters, and the rick entering heaven as a camel through a needle eye. i always felt to avoid a part of the gospel is to deny christ, so good to hear it. thank you all!!
