Just went here at 5/15/24 and had called ahead to ask for a trim, wash and blow dry. She asked basic questions, how much I wanted to trim, etc. She parted my hair three ways made max two cuts on each section and said I was done. She then blew out my hair and left it damp and not dry at all. There was so much product that she had put in my hair, I had to go home and wash it out (which literally defeated one of purposes of my visit was to cleanse all the product out bc salons just do it better). I paid $60 for something I could have done myself and honestly 100% better. Very disappointed.
UPDATE: I just got home and my sister looked at the back and had to recut it all because it was so uneven.

So today, which is 4/20/24 I went into the Hendersonville fantastic Sams. I will say the very first 30 to 40 minutes of my visit was very pleasant, I learned a lot about my hair things I needed to do because I have damaged my hair pretty bad, so I will say that stylist did a great job in terms of those things. It wasn’t till we reached around the 11 o’clock time frame that she told me that she had an appointment that was there and wanted to know if I was willing to leave my hair wet , I told her no because it was cold and windy outside. She proceeded to tell me she would give me a rough blow dry which I did not understand what that meant not did not finish blow drying my hair brushing it out doing anything else with it I paid $45 , plus I tipped her. Just the fact that she would ask me was I OK with leaving my hair wet was an issue for me. It would’ve been different. If it was a ball degrees outside my hair would’ve dried fast. I understand that she had an appointment and it’s not like I expected her to keep me in the chair. She could have professionally finished the job And I would’ve left satisfied with no complaints. I give credit where credit is due, but I really think and hope that this stylist will think twice next time before taking on someone that is a walk-in and not wanting to finish the job because someone else has shown up. What a nightmare! I brought my two year old here yesterday which was my big mistake but I am not taking all the blame. We walked in and there was only one stylist there. My son started to shake getting to the chair. I was able to get him on the seat and I told the stylist not to use the clippers, he'll freak out. She decided not to listen to him and turned it on and was tempted to clip his hair. She was obviously not patient enough for a child and said sorry, can't do it. She told my son you don't get a treat. He freaked completely out. I walked him out while he was freaking out and he wanted to try again but at that point, I was not going to let her try. I ended up taking him to Giggles Salon, where it was a completely different experience. He got a wonderful haircut and I gave him his treat. Maybe y'all need to try to be more patient with a child. Never again!

Walked on on a whim with my mother to get both my kids hair cut and Julie did an absolute perfect job, I'm literally not going back to their old hair place no shade to them but Julie was fantastic and was great with my kids. I'm so happy I found someone who knows what their doing with hair. I'm new to the area so she will be our new go to for my children. Thank you Julie!Service: Kids' cuts
