European Auto (Billy) has worked on my BMW's for 15 years. Great mechanic and an even better guy. His knowledge is amazing on keeping both new and older BMW's serviced and on the road at a reasonable price. Anyone with a European car out of warranty needs a great independent mechanic as the dealer charges outrageous $$ and is far away from Hendersonville. Plus if your BMW is 10 years old the dealer techs likely are going to have less knowledge than Billy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The owner is very rude. Worst place in hendersonville to get your vehicle worked on hands down. Over priced and doesn't fix the problem. Don't recommend

I brought my Mercedes SL600 in for suspension repair. Prior to my bringing in my car, I put in a 5 year warranty Blue Top battery in the engine compartment. When I got my car back the $389.99 Blue top battery was replaced with a smaller Mercedes brand battery that has a 2020 sticker on it. When I approached the owner, he blew up at me and told me to get out of his shop. I am definitely going to take him to court over this. I just want my expensive battery back. I would never recommend him to anyone with his attitude. He didn't want to do anything to resolve the situation. He is not to be trusted.

If I could give this guy a minus number I would. Before I brought my car into his shop, I installed a blue top battery, the best battery you can buy, into my Mercedes Benz. I brought the car in to have the suspension repaired. When I got my car back, the blue top battery was gone and some old Mercedes batter was put in it's place. He installed a battery in my trunk without asking me and surprised me with a $316.00 bill. Mercedes have 2 batteries, 1 in the engine compartment and 1 in the trunk. I went to his shop to show him my receipt for the Blue Top battery and he blew up and me and told me to get off his property. I told him I wanted my battery back. It retails for $349.99. I believe he switched the battery thinking I would not look under the hood. I would never go to this guy again and I am going to sue him for the cost of the Blue Top.

They don’t answer phone calls properly or professionally. I called and after explaining that I need my O2 sensors replaced all they answered with was “yeah man, I don’t have a clue” then instantly hung up without so much of a goodbye or sorry I couldn’t help. Claim to have years of knowledge on BMWs but can’t change an O2 sensor. That isn’t the way you do business man. Very Rude.
