I would definitely recommend Enbright Credit Union. Their customer service is great. Kayla and Chantelle both are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Always helpful and go above and beyond for their customers in servicing their loans.

Terrible financial institution that throws customers under the bus. They mistreat customers who experience fraud and come with police reports that need to dispute unauthorized charges. They will happily give out your reissued debit card number to any merchant that has charged your card before despite pleading with them stop. Online banking is not available 24/7 because there are frequent outages. I’ve come through the drive through many times and the ATM is out of service. Do not waste your time here. You deserve better!!

In part, due to the relationships I have developed with our members over the years, but also due to the incredible staff that I get to work with here. As a whole, the team at Indian Lake strives to deliver a member service experience that truly goes above and beyond. As a member myself, I appreciate how they consistently demonstrate that value.

Been a member with Enbright for about 6 months now. I have not had any issues with the credit union. I always have access to online banking so I can see my account and navigate through it. I love the card alert option on the app to help me know every time I swipe my debit card. It’s a great feature and helps me to keep up with my account better.

As a newer member of Enbright Credit Union, I have had fast and efficient service with getting a new car loan, easy online banking access, and great customer service from the women in the Hendersonville location. Madisyn, the supervisor, always greets everyone with a smile and positive attitude. Jennifer, the branch manager, is always up to the task when helping with loans or general account questions. The tellers are helpful and efficient with quick service when going in the branch for small things. I couldn't think of a better branch to help service the people of Sumner County.

The only banking institution in the modern world that cannot accept payments online or by phone for loan payoffs. I cannot wait to not do any business with this credit union anymore, ever, for anything. At least I get to tell them off in-person now! :(

I can’t explain how difficult it has been to deal with enbright. Phone fees for making payment have been jacked up. So I give an extra 20 dollars everytime I pay because that’s the easiest way for me to pay. This week I was over charged and charged twice leaving me with no money to pay my other bills. My money is to be returned but until then I can’t pay other bills that were due. I will not get another car loan with enbright. I have been left with no money for other bills due and just a casual sorry for the inconvenience.

After opening an account with the Hendersonville branch I applied for an auto loan. After submitting all the documents requested and hard inquiries pulled on my credit report, they did nothing. The branch manager Jennifer was handling my request. After numerous phone calls which all went to voicemail and multiple email requests for a response not returned, it really left me disappointed in the whole process. Not only did the hard inquiry hurt my credit which was in good shape, the vehicle I was trying to purchase was sold. I can understand them being busy, but the lack of communication was at the lowest that I’ve ever encountered. I will be closing my account and will never do business with them again. I guess my business wasn’t important to them.
