Come in there tonight around 9:50 the lady at checkout told us they closed in 5 minutes so we went in there we was on a doordash order got what we needed very fast was not even in there 1 minutes when a younger woman that work's there comes around around the corner screamingwe're closed she was very rude she does not need to be working in customer service she told us that we should know what time they close and that we come in there all the time when we don't come in there all the time we've have alone been in there two times

Recently I have, on several occasions, had bad experiences with some of the check out employees. They have been rude, they walk off and leave people standing in their line and when they come back they want people who have been standing there to go to another line that just opened. Many people are elderly and or injured and the walk down three isles is not their best option. Once a male checker was openly upset that there was no one else in the store to help him check out and he was openly cursing and slamming items down. I have not seen him recently so hopefully he s no longer there. I see other retailers in our area putting extra focus on customer service these days. With prices everywhere going up sometimes the store we choose comes down to the best costumer service given at a store consistently. Hopefully this store will put more focus on customer service. Thanks

Lazy employee! I purchased a few items added up to a few dollars and some change. Counted out coins and put on the counter as I got my bills out of my wallet. Cashier says for me to hand her the coins, and not even sweetly, disgruntled like!? They're right there, bring them to edge of counter scoop in your hand. But dutifully I do this, all the while wondering what's up, you can't even pick up 19 cents worth of coins, a dime, a nickle, and 4 pennies? I say they're right there, she mouths about handing them to her. I thank her for handing me my bag! She was not disabled, younger by decades than me, not a teen, darker skinned than me. Bad attitude makes your store look bad, the lady behind me rolled her eyes, couldn't believe it either. She needs a talking to.

BE WARNED. THIS STORE SOLD ME A $25 GOOGLE PLAY CARD WHICH DID NOT WORK. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE MANAGER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE STORE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM. UPDATE..I WENT TO ANOTHER STORE AND THEY TOLD ME IT WASN'T EVEN ACTIVATED..IF THEY ARE THAT HARD UP FOR MONEY THEY DON'T NEED TO BE IN BUSINESS! ???

Lived here forever, come here all the time. Mostly only leaving a review because I needed to use the restroom in the store and you have the bigger bathrooms as employee only (which is fine) but then one of your employees went into the customer bathrooms by the doors. It's fine to have employee bathrooms but when there is only one stall in the guest bathroom, please don't use it since y'all have more options. Thanks.

I go here all the time. Is the staff clearly miserable at times? Yes. But is the selection great and because of that has helped our family through hard times because of its close proximity? Also yes. I find it strangely biased that both good reviews are not recommended, but one that's not even about the shopping experience is factored. If you just keep your head down, get in and get out, it's pretty decent slightly better convenience store.

Every single cart has the child buckle cut. Absolutely no way to safely strap an active child. I had to leave the store because my child wouldn’t stay seated because there were no restraints on the carts. Had to go across town to a different store to shop

They're certainly pricier than, say, Walmart, and sometimes Kroger, but they're almost never packed, the store is small enough for me to get around without a mobile cart, usually. I do wish it was a tad more accessible and had a slightly larger food selection, but it really is an easy and quick shop and I generally know where everything is, so it's nicer than a hectic shop. Also I like the cashiers I've met and spoken with.
