if you use the DG app don’t bother trying to go to this store to use your coupons. They advertise them but when you spend the time to add coupons and make your shopping list based on that, you’ve wasted your time because they won’t honor them. They just shrug their shoulders and don’t offer a solution.

So, here the past several months this place has gone downhill. I go in here several times a day amd night and I can never find an employee anywhere and when I do they act like the world is ending because they had to help. Tonight I went at 830pm and was literally pushed out of the store and the lady said they were closing and they were checking out the last few customers. I stood there with a blank look on my face because the sign says they close at 10pm. Also, the day time manager, which is male, is very rude and sleeps in the office. I have been in there many times, walked up front to check out and no one was around so I yelled, is there anyone working here and I saw that the office door was propped open with a trash can and 10 mins later the manager came stumbling out of the office half asleep or drunk, who knows, but he was rude and groggy like he was in there asleep and was mad he had to do his job. I've encountered this manager numerous times before this and he was rude every time. Something needs to be done about this place.

I don't really like the store all that much, it's a small location with inconsistent items, okay staff, and from what I've gleamed poor management structure, but it's within walking distance and they have the energy drinks I like, also I can't send in an application for some reason and they don't pick up the phone.

This store has gone down hill ever since they got this self checkout lane..The employees don’t wanna helpYou walk in, Not a sole in sight, whole time there never once seen an employee..Use to dig Dollar storeNow, sucks!

5 stars to Debra M. I think it was...ty! She was extremely nice to help me price check my items from clearance...after the lady behind the register said in a very rude voice tone ....no I will not! So you never know how bad of a day someone is having ...for example maybe my floors just flooded and my ac went out in my house with my 5 yr old son that just had a seizure....due to heat . Thank you so very much and yes it was 1 min to closing ..........but I was in line . So again Debra! Your kindness was appreciated

We shop at Dollar General at least a couple times a week for a run in store to pick up 1-2 items & the only negative thing I can say is that for the last couple of years this location has been experiencing no or low items on the shelves! I mean there will be boxes of some inventory sitting in the isles & they keep saying it's bcz they're having problems hiring or keeping employees. It really looks like the store is closing but who knows?

Ordered an online pickup order at 12:30.m to be picked up from 3-4. 2:50 they sent an email saying that it was delayed. No biggie, things happen. 4:14 they canceled my order so now I have to wait 3-5 days for that money to come back while still spending the money again and having to go up there. Won’t use the dollar general app again.

I just had a disturbing experience at this location. This elderly woman was trying to check out and the employee refused to assist her. She kept yelling from a distance to scan and bag her own items. This woman didn't know how to do the self check out and this employee literally wouldn't walk over to help. So the poor lady looks to me for help so I go over there and do it for her. I should not have had to go over and do this when the employee was more than capable to be nice enough to assist. I was at this location on 11/17 a little after noon.

Staff very polite and courteous. Always lending a helpful hand. They have a good manager setting a good example. Best Dollar store there is. Keep up the good work!
