Earned my business for life. I was in a bind with a busted tire, they worked a deal out with me to get me safely on the road. Will 100% return to get tires here. The place may be a chain, but this location is run like a small family businesses. Can’t say enough good about them.

Absolutely IMPECCABLE service. Made an appointment for 4:45 to get all four tires changed. When they went to pull it into the bay, it wouldn't start. They tried jumping it off but that still didn't work. So as it's getting closer to closing time, they come out and say they're going to change it in the parking lot. BEST customer service I have ever received!!

After waiting almost two hours and my car not being touched, I did not leave with a tire and rotation. I get there are appointments but there were people who came 30 minutes after with me without an appointment that got serviced and not me. I was also told maybe another 10-12 minutes and after over an hour I got fed up. I used to live this place but you need to start being honest about your wait times. Now I have to pay someone to do it. Ridiculous.

Went to the store for a screw in the center of my tire. The guys will make up any reason they can to not fix it and sell you a tire. Then you buy one and they try to sneak a warranty in. I have only ever went to discount to buy tires I will not buy my next set here.

Had a nail in my tire. I was told at this store that it was “at too much of an angle to plug”. Also they said my tires are 15k tread life, how convenient since I’m at 14,480. They try selling me tires but I had them fill the low tire and left to get a 2nd opinion.
I then went to Newton Nissan where I purchased the vehicle. They plugged the tire for free and assured me it is safe. They also said my tires have a 65k tread life warranty. 50,000 more miles!!! The kid at discount tire is a liar and a thief!!! I drive 30k miles a year and picked up at least a dozen nails over the years, I think discount tire has fixed 1 for free without coercing me to buy new tires. I will never do business with discount tire agin!
