It’s amazing how a pharmacy can continuously get 1 star and the lead pharmacists still have a job. CVS, pls fix the customer service issue that your customers are letting you know about.
The lead pharmacist is terrible and has a completely ‘don’t care’ attitude towards your customers which is then mirrored by the other staff.

Pharmacist is argumentative
Multiple calls left with no return calls
Cannot speak with anyone and you have to leave a message in which they don’t return
Impossible to get updates unless you go in the store and then pharmacist is rude
Pharmacist exact words in person “there is another CVS across the street if you prefer to go there”

Absolute worst experience I've ever had trying to pick up medication. The pharmacist behind the counter has a ridiculous god complex. This is the most power he's ever had in his life, and he loves reminding people of that. I can not imagine those poor workers beneath him are happy with him. I'm guessing his wife left him for a stronger and smarter pharmacist, and now he's bitter and taking it out on customers. Get rid of that guy, and I think the reviews may go up. But, I'd wager the whole place will shut down eventually. He has run any paying customers right out of the store. It's a complete ghost town in there.

First time dealing with the little gentleman at pharmacy counter. Looked like he hated being there much less having to deal with helping with prescriptions. Since he seemed no okay I went ahead and told him my name, birthday. I had a $2 CVS reward coupon and asked to use on my paradontax. Took a few times for hand scanner to read the bar code. I joking said, he doesn't want to read it. He looked at me like "really old lady" Well young man I still smiled and told you to have a good rest of your day. I'm sorry that your parents did not teach you better. Maybe CVS can give you come training on customer service. If we don't purchase our prescriptions from CVS you don't get a pay check.

Please, please, please dump all of the ice in your cooler and clean it. All of it has melted and refrozen, and the last two times I tried to get a bag, the outside was incredibly sticky. It smells and feels like some fruity drink busted on it.
A few months ago, I saw a frozen "Prime" drink sitting on top of the ice and had avoided getting any here for a while. I am not sure if that is connected, but I'm not going to be touching anything else in your coolers.

Do not go here there is a reason CVS is going outta business spend some time in this pharmacy and you will see why. If there corporate wanted to be successful. They would undercover boss here and find out how not to operate!

Very poor customer service. Per the “Pharmacist” policy, they will not let a customer know if they have a medication without a prescription being sent to them. This is almost impossible when trying to figure where to have a Dr send a child’s ADHD script. All of the other local pharmacies are extremely helpful. Each month so many families are having to call around to find where the medication is available and then have the Dr send it. We are very disappointed in the response from this pharmacy.

HORRIBLE!! Never had such bad customer service anywhere. Extremely rude every time I went in.They also lost 3 of my prescriptions and blamed it on my doctor/insurance when I had the proof in my hand.

Went to grab wife's meds. Drive thru was long and also pharmacy line was long as well , but the line moved swiftly about a 6mins wait. Only bad thing was some guy had a pretty bad hygiene/odor. And the lady behind me had covered her nose cause it was pretty bad...

The pharmacist, Brandon needs to learn a little bit of customer service skills and needs to treat customers and staff in a little bit more of a friendly matter. Went to pick up a prescription and it was a new prescription that I had never taken. He didn’t say anything to me, except for how much it was, and on the package, it said to counsel the customer because this was a new medicine that I was taking. All he did was hand me the package didn’t say thank you nothing we will not be returning to this pharmacy ever again again.

This is the worst CVS that I have ever been too. The pharmacy has the worst customer service and bad attitudes toward customers. I will never go to this pharmacy again. The staff has no respect for customers picking up medicine.
