This CVS in Hendersonville is open seven days a week to help manage health needs. It offers prescription refills, vaccinations, COVID-19 or flu tests, personal care items, pet toys, and healthy snacks. Customers can join ExtraCare for deals, shop weekly sales, or use free pickup and same-day delivery. The Glen Oak location is conveniently across from TriStar Hendersonville Hospital, making it easy to pick up prescriptions after a visit. Many report the drive-thru and pharmacy lines move swiftly, often with minimal wait times, and note it is never busy. The in-store Minute Clinic receives praise for being professional, prompt, and friendly, able to accommodate last-minute needs like stitch removal. However, some customers express disappointment that the store stopped selling cigarettes while still selling alcohol, candy, and the Plan B pill. A few negative experiences mention occasional long lines and issues with customer hygiene affecting others. Overall, it is described as a reliable and convenient pharmacy location, especially compared to other nearby CVS stores noted for poor management.
Very rude people. Yet to see one smile. The pharmacist actually lied to me, I called her out on it. But what do you do? You have to have your meds.

Awful customer service. Messages are never returned and the people that work in the pharmacy are rude. Management is the cause. If they don’t hold them to standards, there aren’t any.

Pharmacy is really bad at customer service. Also they do not call back after you take the time to leave a message.
