This office has had my friend's taxes for months and continues to give dates for completion that never happen. They blame past employees or say that someone was mistaken. I cannot imagine going through this just to have my taxes completed. I looked online and this is not the only complaint.

I called to ask if they could prepare my tax return before the deadline which was 3 1/2 weeks away at that point. I was told that was not a problem and there was always room for one more. I completed their questionnaire on their portal and took all of my tax info to their office. They accepted it without telling me that I was beyond their deadline for regular filing and I would have an automatic extension filed. Of course, I didn't find this out until 11 days later when I called to inquire about my tax return. I asked why I was initially told something very different. No one had an answer except to tell me they were extremely busy and would email the person assigned to do my taxes and that person would call me. I never got a call from anyone. The next day, I called the office again and got into a heated exchange with the receptionist who informed me they were still working on clients' taxes that had been submitted months ago. Why didn't anyone tell me this when I dropped off my tax documents? If I had known this, I would have taken my business elsewhere instead of waiting for almost 2 weeks to find out nothing had been done. Save yourself some time and frustration and chose another firm to do your taxes.

We've had Crisler do our family tax return for 5 years. We've had some not so common things come up (failed adoption, parent as dependent, tuition for Pre-K, etc..) and they've always researched to find the right answer for that year, then explained it to us. They are also happy to answer questions for us throughout the year. I highly recommend Crisler.

I have worked with Crisler CPA for the past two years and plan to continue. They are thorough, efficient and professional. I live abroad, which complicates my taxes, but they have found a way to make everything easy. I no longer dread dealing with the forms because I know they have everything under control. So far so good. I have a small business that needed some accounting services and guidance. I spoke with Carrol Kessens CAP. He was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I had my quote the next day. They also are taking my Sole Proprietor and helping me transition to a LLC for a reasonable fee. Thanks Carrol. I'm looking forward to a long business relation.
