My experience at cricket with Dena was amazing. This is the first time I have felt like not only a customer but a friend. Another time I came in cause my screen protector was bubbled, Helen got me set up with a privacy screen and gave a guarantee of no bubbles and DELIVERED ??

I dealt with a man named Aubrey Davis and he help me set up my new iphone, apple id, and my hbomax that was free with my service. His customer service is amazing and he is very knowledgeable about the products and services that he offer to his customers.

This condemnation is for all of Cricket. It is the singly worst service I have ever had, and I have had many over the years. The coverage map is a bald-faced lie! More often than not, you cannot make a call. More often than not, when you do get a call through, you hear "Jim! Jim! Are you still there??" over and over again. I am going, today, and find another server. Incidentally, trying to pay your bill online or by phone is a horrendous experience. You never get through successfully. The website plays silly games with you: "Check all the chimneys in the pictures" etc. If you determine that somehow you have lost your password, they say they will send you an email so you can get another password. Never happened. Never got an email and I tried many times. I deplore this company. Frustration reigns. Life used to be so simple until all this electronic feces came along. I had Virgin Mobil and it was a very good service for the money. I left because they ran out of flip phones and that is what I wanted. With Virgin, nobody EVER said "Jim! Jim! I can't hear you!!!".

Best store in town, honestly when you speak with them there she will explain in detail everything you need to know and will answer all your questions. She and her new employees are very nice and you can see they are very educated. If you need help just go in and they will out of their way to help you in any way possible. Love this place I am so glad there is a cricket in Hendersonville now!

Go to the zoo and try to talk to a monkey. That is what it is like to go into this cricket store and speak to the employees. They knew nothing about phones and just didn't care about switching me to their network. COMPLETE TRASH. Think about your hopes and dreams before you enter this store.
