Pos bank deposit my checks and wants to hold more than half of my check an give me half I transfer 200 to my savings an then I’m negative 194 how does that even make sense if I don’t get the rest my check I’m going to contact the police this is the 3rd issue I’ve had with the bank in the same month there a fr joke don’t bank here if u wanna have money lol

If you want to make large purchases regularly or have scheduled payments set be prepared for declined payments and being on hold with the fraud department. I make the same payments every month and every month they decline them due to “potential fraud” when I clearly make theses same withdrawals and payments every month and the money is clearly there. I have been embarrassed in stores more than I can count because they declined a purchase or returned a payment. They offer overdraft protection which is a joke NOTHING goes through not even gas and any overdraft is done at there discretion which is nowhere. I tried it for gas once no luck called and was told to try it somewhere else. They don’t have any perks or special offers your better off getting a prepaid account or Chime. I would give 0 stars if I could

I'm a several decade old Chase and Private Client customer and as I retired and now live in Hendersonville, I couldn't wait for a Chase branch to open and now they are here. As I moved into this branch, I met all of the team members and they are all wonderful, talented, personable and know customer service, so I encourage everyone to visit and see this location.Great Job everyone!!!

Terrible service, take your money elsewhere. Went to open a simple checking account and was told I needed an appointment, so they take 15 minutes to schedule one. I come back the next day for the scheduled time, and they ask me to sit down in the lobby and wait for a few minutes. 20 minutes later, they say they can't help as all their bankers are already working with other clients and ask if I'd like to schedule an appointment for another day. Their manager also said they need "at least one hour" to open a checking account ?. I guess at that level of efficiency a loan or anything more complex would take all day.Later that day I decided to go with an online banking provider and was finished in 10 minutes, including scanning required documents myself. I suspect that 1 hour includes 55 minutes of upsell attempts for other services.

Overall they’re very sweet but they do not put forth enough effort to actually solve one’s problems… it’s always something occurred or simply just not responding back to you (via) email nor try to reach back out to you by phone call. I wouldn’t recommend opening an account. So, in this regard, I left my bank who is absolutely great (Regions Bank) for a bank I’ve heard great things about that I thought would be I deal for me, due to it being next door to work I work, since region’s is too far out of reach for me to commute to

Went in for a currency exchange and was waiting in line. A lady came up and asked how she could help me. I realized that I needed to use the bathroom and she told me they don't have a public bathroom. I've been a customer with Chase for years and was completely surprised and disgusted. I had to wait to use the bathroom unfortunately.

This bank is the absolute worst. I’ll be closing my business account once I get my funds. They keep holding my checks that i deposit for 2 WEEKS! Then they refuse to even try to do anything bc the manager isn’t in on Saturdays. I’m so tired of this it’s unreal!

Horrible customer service, cannot get questions answered online or on the phone and have to make an appointment to talk to someone at a branch. It was a hassle, but changed to a local bank, what a difference.

I was treated rude in this branch yesterday.First time in 20 years of banking in different banks, I encounter rudnes from teller
