STAY AWAY!!!! I traded these guys a beautiful low mileage roush supercharged mustang gt for a 2016 gmc 2500. Upon arrival I realized the truck was not in quite as good a condition as they had made it sound on the phone, although, the truck ran well, had a clean carfax report, and had regular maintenance. I did the deal and drove the truck home without any issues but when I woke up the next morning I noticed a small amount of coolant had leaked out of the truck. This was obviously not something I was excited to see but have owned several diesel trucks and had no doubt in my mind that it either needed a hose replaced or a new coolant reservoir which is not a very costly fix. I called my mechanic and made an appointment for him to check it out the next week. My mechanic replaced the reservoir which had a hairline crack, the radiator hose, and pressure checked the system to make sure there were not any other leaks. I picked the truck up and drove it home without any issues, but when I woke up the next morning I noticed it was still leaking coolant. So I called my mechanic back and he told me to bring it back in a couple of days and he would see what he can figure out. After taking a deeper dive into the truck he called me back and said that he could not figure out where the coolant was coming from but that he knew a guy that works at a diesel shop and he would get him to come by and take a look. A couple of days later he got back to me and told me that it has a blown head gasket! I had not even ran a half tank of fuel through the truck and it has a blown head I can’t help but believe I bought the truck like that. Just out of curiosity (assuming the dealer would make it right) I asked the diesel mechanic to write me a quote for the job just to get an idea of the cost. So I called the dealer and talked to Tracy (owner) and he told me that he would help me get it fixed for a much lower price than I would pay any other mechanic and to bring the truck by middle of the week. Tuesday rolled around and I called multiple times to try and figure out more details (I live a little over an hr away) but they would not answer my calls. Finally Wednesday rolled around and the gentleman that sold me the truck gave me a call and said he would get back to me on where to bring the truck. Upon me bugging him he got back and told me where he wanted me to take it and assured me we would get it fixed for a reasonable price. I drove my truck to the shop and within a couple of days they got back to me with confirmation of a blown head and an estimate that was WAY above the original estimate I had received. I called the sales guy several times and every time he would just give me a bunch of lip service and tell me he would get back with more info but never call me back. At this point I did not know what to do because no one was doing what they said they would and the sales guy would not answer the phone. Therefore, I called the dealer with hopes of being able to talk to Tracy (owner) to find out what was going on. He answered the phone and told me he was not responsible for selling me the truck and that it was on his salesman to make it right whether that be a deal he sets up at a repair shop or money out of his pocket but that he would not provide any compensation, but that he would talk to his salesman and get back to me. After not hearing anything for a day and not being able to reach anyone I decided to call the repair shop that had my truck. That is when they told me that the salesman told them that they had no intention of working out a better deal or pay for anything. So here I am with a broken truck that needs a several thousand dollar repair that I haven’t even ran a full tank of fuel through and the good ole boys over at certified auto brokers could care less. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Great buying experience. Worked with Todd on buying a truck from 5 hours away. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and had a fair deal.

Great, no-BS experience. Philip was very accommodating in providing information on the vehicle before I took a 3 hour trip to check it out. The actual transaction was quick, no doc fees or other hidden fees.

Bought a truck from them back in august and I have been having problems with it since I got it. I just recently got the money to fix the issues had to replace the motor mounts and oil pump due to my oil pressure dropping and not holding had it replaced just to find out that it is the cam going out. when my mechanic took the oil pan out and other parts he found metal shaving in the oil. the truck has had issues before and had the oil pump replaced before so I’m guess when they realized that wasn’t the issue they went ahead and still sold it. now I’m faced with either have to replace my engine witch is any where from 3k-6k depending on the engine or pay 3500 for them to go back in and do the cam im a father of 5 who is the only one working I can’t afford this I just put 2500 in but they don’t care I called them and they said they call back but never did

I was fortunate enough to meet and deal with the most professional car salesman Philip Reece. He knew what all my parameters were and went above and beyond what I was wanting and did it all for less than what we discussed! I will be sure to come back again and I'm sending my friends and family to him! Philip is professional, kind and puts his customers concerns first and foremost! Thank you Philip!

These guys are legit. The transaction was easy. Found listing for an Infiniti QX80 that my husband has been wanting for years on the Car Guru website. We went for a test drive and to check it out (after following other leads at other dealerships) and we were driving away within a couple hours in his new truck. They are knowledgeable they have great financing relationships. I wish I knew about them sooner! Go see Todd , Chris, and all the gentlemen(I forgot their names) at certified auto brokers!

I don't usually post reviews unless they are positive but I am beyond frustrated at this point. I bought a truck from here last year. I immediately started having to fix things when I got it home. CV Axle, throttle body sensor, turbo intake, valve covers, gaskets, etc. The truck had high mileage so some of those things were to be expected. But it got to the point my mechanic finally gave up on it. I took it to the Ford garage last week to have the torque converter replaced. They just called and said torque converter, front wheel hub bearings, front shaft, turbos, valve covers (again!) all need replaced. Over $10K still needed on top of the over $5K I put into it! Never, and I mean never will I consider a vehicle from here again without having a mechanic go completely through it! My fault for not doing that in the first place! I should have listened to the other negative reviews prior to purchasing from here. I now have a truck that I payed $32K for, put over $15K in, and is worth about $17K and I don't expect that Certified Auto Brokers will step in and help since their mechanic did a "thorough" inspection in the first place.

BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle from this dealer 2 years ago. I purchased a 2008 Acura TL from them with 100k miles on it. At the time of purchase I thought the vehicle was driving okay.. I'll admit I should have known one about the car before I bought it or taken someone with me. Turns out after all was said and done.. I purchased the car for $9k and in those 2 years I have had to put $5k in repairs that the vehicle needed WHEN I BOUGHT IT... these ppl sold me a car that was breaking down right from under me and they did it happily... be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when shopping at this dealer
