I don’t know where to begin! I had so many wonderful experiences with the service provided by Chris and all of the staff members that answered the phone when I called CarCare!!
I called Chris to inform him that my daughter heard a loud sound or pop at the front end of her vehicle while driving it and I needed CarCare to investigate it for me.
You see I work out of state and couldn’t be there to assist my daughter…
Chris was super polite and very professional throughout out total conversation (every time we spoke) and he always allowed me to explain the details and circumstances we were in. We together discussed our approach and plan to start the investigation.
You see, my daughter had to drive 6 hours to move into the dorm at her college in only a few days or this weekend.
We dropped the car off at CarCare, Chris and team carefully evaluated the car and carefully assessed what was needed to get it safely on road. Although the car had some years on it, he and team put together a very efficient plan and was able to correct issues found with the front suspension and helped me understand the extended amount repairs that was needed and get this….they had it repaired and tested basically within 24 hours pending the investigation and ….to our satisfaction.
After the repairs were made, my daughter drove the car and said it felt like a new car to her and that she can’t remember it driving so smoothly!
I really want to give kudos or a special shout out to Chris and team for all the outstanding service that they provided!! Very beautiful experience!! Outstanding service!! You all made my day and possible prevented me from buying a car I didn’t need!! lol! ….Thanks again CarCare!!
This weekend my daughter drove the 6 hours to college successfully with……No issue!! That took a lot of pressure off me….as a concern parent!!

We purchased a car from CarMax and when we had issues this business was on the “approved” list. They went above and beyond with wonderful communication. They also handled all the communication with CarMax to make sure our warranty paid for all it was supposed to. We will continue to be customers!

Absolutely loved my experience with them! From the front desk being honest and even reminded me that my car wouldn't be able to be worked on when I brought it in due to holiday. They called me before they did ANYTHING to let me approve or disapprove. Up front about the cost and if anything changed. And got to learn about the turtle! 10/10!

Price was on the higher end for transmission work by 33%, but it was the only shop that had an opening in the time frame I needed.
