My experience with Caliber was great! These folks are community oriented and went above and beyond the call of duty to make this whole deal so much easier, and quicker for me. I could not be more pleased with their exceptional quality of service, not to mention kindness. I am also very pleased with their process. I was kept informed on where we were in the process via text message from start to finish. Thank you Jessica, and the rest of the staff, for taking exceptional care of us. I never had a doubt! If you are looking for high quality workmanship alongside high quality service, you should look no further!

Their process was flawless! Hendersonville staff and service was impeccable! I’ve never had such a easy experience with a body shop!! They updated me every few days. It was ready when promised and given back good as new! I was truly blown away how they run like clockwork. I very highly recommend them and definitely will be back if/ when needed! There is a guy named Phillip who knows his stuff backwards and forwards. They did a great job and the customer service was incredible. If the queen ran her car in a ditch when driving home with one eye open i would recommend this place. Seriously though they qere great.Services: Tires

The staff at caliber was great to work with, they are definitely like family! I recently had a problem with my door handle not working and the staff ordered me a new part and was able to schedule me and put that part on with no problem at all. Unfortunately, I have been in multiple wrecks in the last few years. However, Caliber has been amazing when it came to customer service, timely repairs, and excellent quality.Jessica and Philip were fantastic with handling my case(s) and were hands on with communication throughout the process.Philip went above and beyond with ensuring my car was ready to drive off the lot! I will continue to return to Caliber in the future for repairs and recommend them to anyone needing work done! Thank you all again!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! No one wants to have to have their car repaired, especially when it was someone else's fault. That is what happened to me, I was rear ended by someone. I have known about Caliber Collision as the "go-to" guys for years and insisted my insurance company allow them to do the repairs. Phillip took excellent care of me, explaining the process and timelines possible and then updated me regularly on the progress and expected completion. And he even had it done ahead of the initial date given! I am so pleased with how this went and would highly recommend Caliber to anyone needing top-notch service and repairs!Service: Body & Trim

Overall, I am very satisfied with Caliber. The communication throughout the process was very good, I got a text every other day with updates on their progress. When i picked the vehicle up, it had been washed and cleaned inside.
