They sent us to this place and its closed for repairs. So Even though they confirmed our reservation for a car, there are no cars! The workers there said people were going to The Madison store so we went there and they had no cars, even though we had a reservation. They don't know what they are doing.

Great rental company. We have never had a problem using them. We have used them 2-3 times a year over the past 3 years for vacations. The clerk Jessica is very nice. Check in/ drop off process is easy and smooth and they have great prices.

We had a great experience from the time of pick-up until we dropped it off. They were very helpful at pick-up and return was easy. We had our rental van for 10 days and didn't have any problems at all.

Due to a representative of your company, Jessica, at the Hendersonville location, I will be back to do business again. Budget car rental nearly screwed me out of a very important trip that was to see my daughter in the hospital for the holidays. Not reservations nor customer service was able to fix the problem that budget created. But Jessica was. I will be back solely on her customer service and nothing else. I hope she is appreciated and valued at this company Because she is the real person saving your customer service errors

The investment company, the board, and all management to the assistant level need to quit and just scrub themselves out of existence. They have a line 40 people deep with reservations and Budget runs out of cars. Budget is not trustworthy, in anyway. Commies

Don’t use this place! You’ll be better off driving to the airport. We were given a car that smells like urine, and then told that the smell is the cleaner used on the car. Not so. The car was not clean. We have pictures. On top of that, the customer service department at budget is no help. The assistant refused to give her name, then threatened to charge us for an extra day, all because the location closes at 12:00pm. We rented a 24-hour rental and we’re being told that we have to pay for another day when we arrived as promised at when picking up the car. Not acceptable at all. Don’t use these folks.Go straight to the airport and save yourself some headache. Went to Budget at BNA where the entire staff was far more kind and helpful, and Frank and Jeff were understanding and happy to help.

Wish I could give the zero stars!! I had my reservation confirmation but they called the next day and told me " The airport to all of our cars" Didn't try to help me find another vehicle or offer any help!

Wish I could do no stars... Reserved a rental 3 hours ahead of time. Was literally 2 minutes from arriving and they wanna call me saying they have nothing for me. I drove 35 minutes for nothing which knocked me out of other rental places because what time it was. Severely disappointed

Called last night to ask if I could return my rental a night ahead because we were expecting a big snow storm overnight and I was afraid I wouldn't make it the day of the scheduled return. The operator told me they didn't have a key drop for after hour returns so I'd just have to wait until today. Sure, fine, whatever. Wake up today to a voicemail from this location telling me that "for the safety of staff and customers" they'd be closing early and I can return it to the location at the airport instead free of charge!! Lucky me!! Why wasn't that an option last night when that location is open later anyway and would've still been there to except the return? And how does that help the safety of anyone BESIDES your staff? If you know the weather is dangerous enough to leave work early, how in the absolute living hell does it make sense to now expect customers to drive even FARTHER? And I'm being generous by even calling it a rental car, it's a Kia Soul. You expect me to drive this god forsaken hamster car in life threatening weather??? And I can't even get through to a real human to explain the situation unless I want to get transferred and disconnected 30 times just to be told that I'd still have to pay for a rental extension.
