I called and left a message the store didn't answer I finally got a call back I'm assuming from the owner and I asked her I want her rules were for consigning and she went on to explain what all they would take and what season they were in and then she said they took 60 40 60 to their benefit in 40 to the customer I reiterated was that on every item and she said yes and I said well so we bring in an item that we have paid for and we get 40% through the different stages other than when the markdowns and you always receive 60 and she said yes and I said well I don't think I'd be interested in that and the owner said well I think you need to have a call with come to Jesus and hung up on me I definitely wouldn't recommend going to these people if they'll talk to you like that on the phone before they even meet you not impressive they wouldn't even worthy of one star you don't never tell a person to come to Jesus or talk to Jesus and definitely hang up on them

I’ve been following Bloom Designer Finds online for years. I vacationed in Nashville and made the trip in person. I was pretty disappointed when I arrived. It looks way better online than it does in person. The sales girls didn’t acknowledge me when I came in the store, or at all until I checked out an hour later. They had very loud personal conversations and phone calls the entire time. Items are generally overpriced and not “designer.” I definitely wouldn’t go back if I found myself in Nashville again, unfortunately.

Love how easy it is to shop from home via their Insta page! I live out of state but when they posted this adorable Free People dress (and it was new with tags), I just had to have it! I was able to pay the invoice within minutes and my package arrived just a few days later!Fast shipping and super easy!

This is my favorite place to shop and consign my clothes. I have been doing so for over 5 years now. I know that I am getting a great deal when I shop there and that my clothes are in good hands when I drop off for consignment. I feel like part of the owner's family. She can even provide details on if an item will fit me or not when I see something I am interested in on Instagram. I've watched her children grow up in store and via Instagram, I'm waiting on her smallest to start walking soon. Go here, support a Boss Babe and a local family. Buying and selling second hand is good for the environment and good for your wallet.

At the beginning of the pandemic gave them 2 huge bags of clothing. 2 months later she said they "lost" it. I insisted she should look and find it because there were so many items. She told me to f* off her store and called the police saying I'm scary and dangerous. My husband is witness I was far away from her and calm. Just shocked by her rude attitude. She is lucky with the pandemic situation that I didn't sue her. But she is an awful person, mean and disrespectful! The contract stated she would have it for at least 3 months.

Was a first time consigner and dropped off clothes. I called a few months later to follow up on what had been sold. The owner told me only one item and to check back later; this was at the start of Covid in March. Due to CoVID I decided not to bother them and wait a bit longer, understanding the situation with retail. When I called back September 3, the owner said they were most likely donated and they had to operate as 'business as ususal' and that was their policy. She said they had tried to give a month leeway but she had too many clients to really be able to do anything else. She was rude, snarky and sarcastic. Good luck Bloom Designer Finds! You lost my vote and m plethora of friends who may have shopped there.
