“My car was overheating. Was able to make it there at 630 am and they didn't open until I believe 730 or 8 am. The manager seen that I was outside and having issues with my car. She opened up and let me make a purchase in hopes I make it back home. Needless to say, it was a bad water pump after all. That afternoon, I called and the manager ordered everything I needed and was able to repair vehicle and I was driving it 2 days later. Will definitely do my business at this store in future.”
“Couldn't ask for any better service. Top notch. Just got a new key made for my 2015 terrain. The key cut and programmed was $142 compared to $450 at dealership and comes with 3 months warranty. They were very professional, super nice, and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for top notch customer service but at a budget friendly price”
“It's nice having this option as store in Mount Juliet. There's been a couple of times where they have not had the item in store so I've had to run to the warehouse about 15 minutes east of here... really isn't that big of a deal but it's nice having the option to get the parts same day if needed.”

“Ordered a 150 AH battery online, and got a discount. Once the store saw the order, they called me to verify it's what I want, because it's relatively rare. The battery arrived the next day, and when I picked it up (physically THAT was fun), the store person was very pleasant and helpful. Even with a technical problem with the POS computer, the gentleman worked through it with a smile. We got the core charge taken care of and I was on my way quickly.”
“I was out of town and dropped my cellphone, and destroyed the screen. I wasn't going home but on another trip and really needed my phone repaired. I initially went to another business in Nashville because they assured me they had a screen. Two days later, they hadn't got a screen. So, I started looking and calling around and found this business. I couldn't make it through traffic to get to the Nashville location, but their helpful employee called the Mt. Juliet store to see if they had a screen and tech. They did!! I am going to tell you, Seth is the very best at cellphone repairs. I was extremely hesitant, and he told me exactly how he was going to repair my phone and that it would be ready in two hours. When I went back, sure enough, it looked perfect!!. I was so thankful that I found Seth that I'm taking all my cellphone repair work to him when I'm in Nashville. He did tell me that he would be leaving this location to open and manage a store called Ubreak I Fix in Cool Springs, TN. So, I'll be taking all my electronics to Seth in Cool Springs. I have looked for cellphone repair in Charlotte, NC, and several other cities, no one has been as through, understanding, and knowledgeable as Seth. Find this tech, if you need your phone fixed. I was extremely pleased!! Thank you Seth!!”

“This store is a much needed addition to the area.The staff are friendly and efficient and the store is pristine!Michelle helped me with a new battery. She was informed and polite over the phone. She explained the different battery grades you carried. I chose a mid-grade. She had the battery at the counter when I arrived at the store a few minutes later, and got me out in about 5 minutes. I was in a rush! Batteries rarely fail at convenient times! We'll be buying all of our auto parts and car cleaning supplies from this store!”

“On my way home from work on 5-4-24 , my car decided to overheat, so I stopped to see what happened. The heater hose broke and was spewing coolant everywhere. I looked up the nearest oriellys, which was only a minute away. I went in and got help from Manager Randy. I had no clue what to do in this situation, but he knew exactly what to do. He helped me for 2 hours trying to get my stupid car to cooperate, and in the end, we had to Jerry rig it because the part I bought from advanced was missing parts. Throughout the 2 hours, Manager Randy was helping me he was so sweet and kind. Honestly, he was like an angel sent to help me. I was still an hour out from my house, and I wouldn't have been able to get home without his help. I'm so grateful he was there to help that night. Manager Randy deserves a promotion and raise!!!!!”
