They never get their orders right. They cancel your order and don't tell you. The price of product goes up So they can afford Teslas and not work.

Everytime I have placed an order its messed up. They don't even tell you they canceled your order after they confirm it. There clothes were once reasonable but like every fake Christian their greed is showing. But they are sure to drive in the most expensive cars and show them off on YT and Instagram. Fie more $$$$$$

I ordered the Kimberly dress in a size small for my daughter. The items were received in a timely manner and the packaging was very nice. I did read the return policy and knew things needed to be returned with the packing slip and receipt and original tags still attached. Having said that, please know that shipping is rather expensive and if returns are needed, you will pay for return shipping and shipping again if there is a need for an exchange. Second, the website does not mention care of the garments.....HAND WASHING ONLY and garment can SHRINK when washed. NO DRYING and NO IRONING. This needs to be mentioned in the care of garment instructions on the website because I would have ordered a medium if that information was provided. Although the garments I received are cute, I will not order from them again.

Great adorable clothes. Decent shipping speeds. Nice girls who answer the emails.The return policy needs some work though. 15 dollars shipping originally then 6 something to send it back, then paid 7 more to get a new dress that fits shipped. I spent 29 dollars to get a dress from y'all that fits, shipped to me, before the cost of the dress. That's excessive and unfortunately too pricey after the price of the dresses.One last thing I had 3 dollars left on my gift card and y'all just took it. The thing wouldn't work and both myself and my daughter in law entered the code several times, and several ways. So it's more like I've wasted 32 dollars to get a 35 dollar dress shipped.

I had the best experience! I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. The girl was super helpful and kind. I told her what I was shopping for and she helped me find just that. And I love supporting a local business♥️

Cutest boutique, everyone is so nice and helpful. I’ve been in a couple times and got some of my favorite pieces there. They keep their stock fresh they have a new collection rolled out weekly and they run their social media so well, they model the clothing on instagram live explaining the details, the fit, so even online shoppers can have a really good idea of what they’re getting.

Love this locally owned boutique. The ladies are always so friendly and helpful. I sent my husband in for some fun valentines day attire and they assisted him and he said everyone was kind to him as well. I have nothing but great things to say about their fun and trendy clothing and always have a great experience even when I have my toddler with me.

I'd like to begin this review by saying, this review is not about trashing this establishment, but rather to inform. I have had nothing but great shopping experiences with Bates Boutique. The store is so adorable, always clean and well organized and the staff are sweet and helpful. When I found it less than two months ago I was so pleased. I love being able to support local businesses and Bates Boutique was perfect. They have great styles and good prices. What I am most displeased about is their customer service and inability to stand by their product. When I called them today to tell them that a pair of shorts I recently bought from them was falling apart after only wearing them two times, the girl who answered to phone was quick to tell me that since I had already worn them that there was nothing she could do. She did not offer any other recourse. She didn't say please bring them in so we can make it right, offer to exchange them, or even offer a discount on my next purchase. I have no reason or need to get something for free, I was looking for them to care about the products that they sell. I also have a pair of sandals I bought less than a month ago that are now falling apart as well. I have several pairs of sandals and do not wear these every day or even every week, but nonetheless they are still falling apart. I didn't bother bringing this up because it was clear they didn't care. Since April 30, 2021 I've spent $450.00 with Bates Boutique. I would have loved to have been a continued customer, but since the store will not stand by their products I will no longer be a customer, nor will I tell my friends or people I meet to go there as I have been in the past couple of months. I wish them luck and continued success in their very cute business.

Been shopping here for the last 3 years. I’m absolutely obsessed with this cute little boutique! The owner Lauren, picks out the most stylish items and she has some amazing sales throughout the year!Also, the sweetest group of girls work there, so their customer service is always 100%.I’m plus size and I love that there’s always something there for me too—it matters a lot to me for small shops to be so size inclusive.I would HIGHLY recommend Bates Boutique to anyone who appreciates quality clothing, shoes, and accessories!Katy Plank
