Whats the point of calling to speak to someone about my account when nobody picks up the phone. I called back to back because nobody picked up. When they did pick up the phone I was transferred to the operator and put on hold and went to a voice mail and I told them I needed to stop a payment from coming out of my account tomorrow and now they all closed

This is my favorite banking location. Ladies and gentlemen are very enthusiastic. jermin Naum is very professional. Wire transfers and notarization are very fast. I didn't have an appointment and still got help.

I think it's so stupid and very inconvenient to close the drive thru and make everyone come inside. They take forever and it's really gonna make me change banks

4th Bank of America I’ve been to in this town and it’s closed too. I’m just about to switch to a different bank that is open seeing as even all the bank of America’s in bigger towns and cities are open and yet these people can’t get it right.

Only go there once a month to pay my mortgage. There is always a line of 5 or more people and only one teller. It definitely should not take 20 minutes to pay a bill. Also no drive thru.

Pathetic, threatening, and lazy staff. My terrible experience has led me to move all funds to other banks. This branch of Bank Of America is intolerable. I can see by the 2 star review, I'm not the only one who feels this way!

I had a savings account in 1965ish. Every transaction was made at the bank with a teller. Mrs Meadows. I miss her and her smile! Today most banking activity is thru this app. No smile, but WAY less steps, issues, errors, aggravation, scheduling. A couple of banking tasks yet to be fixed, wire transfers, mortgages, that person who takes my name when I need help.
