The older white lady who I'm assuming is a manager, was blatantly discriminatory against Spanish speakers. It was honestly so rude to be like "They just need to speak English" in front of other customers. I've never had a bad experience at any other BofA that cant belive that's acceptable behavior.

This location has probably been one of the worst locations. The workers are not very helpful. Never answers the phone either which is not convenient at all. I have to drive all the way there for them to answer a question one simple phone call could have taken care of. I walk in and there are no customers and workers are just there standing around when I had been calling prior. Would not recommend.

I went to a nearby Bank of America that is not my account, to exchange many $20s for $100s. The line wasn't long, but it was my turn after a long wait. However, a bank employee asks if I have an account in this bank. So, honestly, when I said no, she refused to exchange. In vain, my bank is a little far away, but I headed to the Truist Bank where I have accounts. Here, without asking such a question, she changed it right away. I thought about changing to Bank of America because my bank was far away, but I decided to just stay with the Truist Bank after this incident. In the past, they changed it well in the Bank of America, but today the employee who made me wait for a long time and get out in vain. She must be twisted in her mind for any reason.

My wife and I had our account hacked recently. I called Bof A security and they froze the account. We went to this branch to open a new account and were set up quickly. Within 24 hours we had our missing funds returned to our new account and received new debit cards in the mail in a timely matter. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

They closed 30 min before the closing time which is 5pm, and on maps it says they are open lol I drove here for nothing

Bank of America is the worst!!! I truly believe they are getting ready to close down. They will not answer the phone at this one or other locations. You can only make appointments through the website which we have done and had to make 6 trips because each time they needed another document. Are they trying to take our money? Even the main office downtown is closed! Avoid frustration, bank elsewhere. I left Bank of America years ago but my mom stayed with them. I'm trying to get her to switch, maybe this time she will see the light.

I absolutely hate Bank of America. If I could, I'd get an account ANYWHERE else but unfortunately, this is where my work banks so I use them too. I have banked here for 5ish years this round with the same paycheck every week for the past 5 years and I still have problems cashing it. Now, I just got off the phone with them and found out they won't open till 10 due to the weather. That's fine but when I mentioned a sign for all of us outside (8 cars currently) to let us and any other customers know what is going on, she got snippy. That was almost 15 min ago and there is still no sign on the door...... I wish I wasn't trapped here.....

I bank with 5/3 and will stay based on BOA not answering their phones at the local branches. I have tried to call someone local that I can ask questions about their checking/savings and credit cards. I can’t trust someone I can’t talk to if I need help with an account. 4 phone calls to both Hendersonville branches and 0 contact. I’m done.

Tina did a great job! She was very patient with me, even at closing time.I got help with what I needed to quickly and accurately. Very friendly and personable!

Unfortunately I was scammed by a so called job opportunity and the bank took it upon themselves to close my account and would not take me back as a client. They said i was a risk factor and there was nothing they could. I explained that it wasnt my fault and yet they did not want to work with me. Waiting for my money to come in the mail in form of a check. Dont know why I ever opened an account with this bank.

They advertised to be open at 9:00am but my husband went to this location on his way to work only to find no cars in the parking lot and no one working at 9:00am on Tuesday, December 15. If you are going to post an time to be open, then be open.
