“A tree jumped out tore up my front end. Insurance company "totaled" my car. Other repair shops refused to work on my car. Then I found James Auto just down the street from me. Confidently, the owner looked at my car and said he can restore it. It looks better now than it did prior to the tree hitting it! It's a 2013 Murano SUV convertible that they for only two years. My classic car is now even more classic after James Auto professionally restored my special car. Learned they do all sorts of Auto work, including oil change. For now on my cars go to James Auto first!!”

I would have had to spend months chasing this down, but they took all of the issues and handled them with the highest amount of professionalism. “I have worked with Hendersonville Gerber twice in the past 6 years. I came back the second time because they did amazing work the first time. They still did amazing body work and I would choose them again for this very reason. I also understand that the car part market has not been the same since 2020 and there are delays in getting almost anything needed, so the fact that it took over a month to get my car back didn’t really bother me either. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 comes down to the fact that my reverse camera worked absolutely perfectly until I left my car with Gerber. It has been cutting in and out ever since I got it back from them and when I called to complain about it, I was told that since my car was damaged in the front they weren’t responsible for the camera that is located in the back. They insisted they had no reason to do anything in the back of my car, which should be true yet my trunk liner had very obviously been removed and they even lost a screw out of one of the parts that holds it in. So why were they in my trunk? I feel like someone took my camera and switched it out for a bad one or they damaged the wiring or camera in some way while they were in my trunk. After several attempts to get this corrected, I was offered a chance to come in and have their outside electronics people do a diagnostic on my car so I went in and waited only to then be told that they weren’t going to be available that day. Time is money and at this point it is cheaper to just buy a new one online and fix it myself. Anyway, they do absolutely amazing body work so I still give them 4 stars bc I can fix the camera but I sure couldn’t have fixed the outside of my car as well as they did.”
