Wish I could give less than 1 star. Went to the store to purchase a 2022 SE. Website said they had 5 of the 128gb in black in stock. Drove to the store 45 minutes to and from. Went in. Was greeted by a man who asked my name. I told him. I told him also that I wanted to upgrade my 2020SE as the battery was dying. I stepped over to the I phone display to look at the phones. I was there maybe 4-5 minutes. Then three people came in the store behind me. One was a younger guy, an older lady and an elderly gentleman on a cane. I was practically surrounded by them looking at the phones as the daughter of the elderly man wanted to get her father a new phone because it was dying. I stepped aside. At the same time my turn came to speak to an associate. I told the man I wanted an SE with 128gb. He said "let me check". I went over to one of the tables and sat to wait on him to return. Meanwhile a store associate walked over to try to help the group of 3. They explained what they needed. I'm still waiting at the table. The associate (tall guy with red beard) walks the group of 3 over to the table I was sitting at. He asked if I " would move somewhere so I can help these folks". I got up. Walked over toward the front and sat on a stool. Eventually the salesperson trying to help me came back. He told me they have no SE in stock, even though the website said otherwise. I told him the website said you had 5 available. I told him I would just go to the Apple store. He tried offering me his business card. I refused and left. First I don't mind moving to accommodate an elderly gentleman on a cane. But in all actuality you don't want a low seat in which to sit because its more difficult to get up from. Secondly when I moved the associate could have said "thank you". Thirdly I called another AT and T store closer to my home earlier in the morning but that associate was also rude and told me he wasn't allowed to tell me over the phone if the phone was in stock or not. He told me I would have to check online. I told him I tried but could not connect to the local stores website. I have been an AT and T customer for almost 17 years. I could not believe how rude everyone has become. I am thinking its time to leave them altogether. Customer service at their stores is nonexistent. It never used to be this way before.

My parents and I went in to get a new phone (mine was a goner) and we were hesitant of the process being painful and overwhelming. However, Evan made our experience painless and enjoyable! He answered questions kindly and really gave us the help we needed. We never felt rushed by him and I ended up with a new phone that I love thanks to Evan. He’s the best!

If you're looking for quality customer service do not come here! I came in for a very simple task - upgrade my phone. I was told they only get shipped 2/3 iPhone 13 Pros a week, so I had to order one. Fine. Once I placed my order, he said it should come the next day. Great. Then he said that a technician in the area would deliver it to my house, but the earliest available appointment was three days later. Not so great. I scheduled a time frame, planned my whole weekend around it, and when my technician did not arrive on time (side note I had to leave for work and was going out of town) I was infuriated! I called the store and spoke to Gavin who basically told me I was SOL and that there was nothing he could do. I waited on hold for over an hour with the third-party delivery company. Once I finally got in touch with them, they told me they could deliver my phone to my workplace! Wow! If the store associate had been educated enough to tell me that, then the whole debacle could've been avoided! What a hassle for a very simple service. I completed my upgrade at the Gallatin location, and they were fantastic. If you live in the area, I recommend visiting that location instead.

Just walked out the door of this store. Sitting in my vehicle not wanting to forget the frustration of my experience, or lack of experience. Stood inside the door for 25 minutes. Two customers, to employees attending them and two other employees doing nothing. No acknowledgment of me being there. No welcome we'll get to you in a few minutes...No nothing. Bizarre! Just stood there leaning against the front door as they simply milled around. 2 customers in the store and four employees. No wonder the ratings at this store are so low. Desperately needed, not just customer service training, but customer awareness. AT&T service for over 20 years but there are so many other providers. Struggled with the rating since 1* is a bit high. Embarrassing. 4 pm on 11/16/21.

This story develop quickly….. after 7 technicians in the house and multiple promises that internet will be installed next day….suddenly….my Internet order was cancelled!!! Someone from AT&T canceled my order to cover up problems with installation. Interesting is that nobody cares when and IF Internet will be available, and how this affect my wireless rates (5that was strictly related to internet activation). Robbery. Discrimination. Zero respect to customers.. Now we have day 17 from initial install date and no outline to solve it..

Happy to report a great experience at this location. My last experience with AT&T was at the Gallatin location and it was beyond bad. Alicia was the store associate that helped me. She was beyond patient, super professional and totally capable. She answered all of my questions and seemed committed to making sure I was comfortable with my new phone.

My mother passed away in January. She had a wireless ATT phone at her home. I paid her bills for her for the past several years. I had always paid in advance for her and she had a running credit. I called two months ago to let them know she had passed and the account needed to be closed. I got plenty of sorry to hear that and was told that their was a credit on her account and I would be receiving a refund in the mail. I thought I was done. Little did I know that the account rep did not note the account. I pick up her mail today and find a bill from AT&T that says she is past due and owes 67.55 . I called them and they would not assist without a passcode- not the password on the account a passcode....yet they did prior to. After being hung up on and calling back a second time I was told I could not get any assistance without the passcode but I could go to the At&T store with the death certificate and they could help. They could do nothing without a pass code. They told me they could send my mother an email and I could go in and change the passcode so I could handle this. I then drove back home and by the time I went to log in....they had frozen the passcode option and authorized user option. The only option I after a wasted call again to them was to pay the bill....I didn't owe and I will never see the money I was suppose to get credited to via a check when this account was originally notified of her passing. AT&T have extorted $110 dollars because they can't do what they say they are going to do! Glad I never had and account with them and never will!!!!! With as many deaths as we have seen in the past year and half it amazes me that big corporations are allowed to steal from the deceased.

If I could give them no stars I would. We were lied to about a promotion from a salesman. When we came back in to the store to have the promotion applied to another phone on the account another salesman said it wasn't possible with the plan we had. We had told the first salesman our plan and he never mentioned it being a problem. He took a like new phone in on trade with the promise of a $350 credit to our account to upsell us on a new phone. We requested the phone back once we found out we had been lied to. They said that was impossible as it had already been shipped out. We were put in touch with someone that was supposedly a store manager to fix the issue. This "store manager" told us he would have the district manager manually apply the discount to our account. I have been lied to and jerked around by this guy for months now with now credit on our account. Called the main ATT number and they said they couldn't help and didn't have a way to get in touch with district people. We will be leaving ATT because of being lied to and ignored. We have been customers for well over 15 years with them.

If you have an option to choose any service you want, DONT choose at&t. First of all after any discounts they give you for your first year, they disappear of course and leave you with and OUTRAGEOUS bill afterwards. Also, good luck trying to contact them to cancel any services because all you get if a voice-mail saying they are closed but no notice of their business hours ANYWHERE.. please choose Xfinity, their packages are better and their prices are better. I would have them if my apartment didn't have a b/s contract, that at&t doesn't really hold too or make a difference with.

Absolutely unethical management and employees at this location. Will be contacting corporate with a recording of the manager Doug promising a credit in the amount of $150 to my bill, which did not happen. His employee Pam, was extremely combative and argumentative when my husband visited the store today because the credit was not applied as promised, again on the recording that we will be sending directly to their corporate office, within 48 hours of Tuesday, February 25th 2020. Doug also advised us that their previous employee Casi was fired for promising to credit the accounts of over 10 other customers and has an open investigation, seems extremely unethical to divulge that information to a customer regarding a previous employee. I would highly recommend that corporate send adequate management to train your less than professional employees.

This particular location has horrible customer service. We walked in the door and no one acknowledged us. Then one staff member was walking another customer to the door and says "someone will be with you shortly." Not how you're doing; what brings you in or nothing. We then waited about 30 minutes with no recognition from anyone. As we proceed to walk out the door, no one even looked up and acknowledged us leaving. After walking out, I turned around and opened the door and said, "you all have horrible customer service" and they all looked dumbfounded!

at&t advertises buyouts of your service contracts if you leave your current carrier and come to them. beware of the scam. this is not a buyout they will not pay for your old phone contract the majority of the money is a credit back to at&t and a small portion towards your previous carrier. you will end up with a large bill possibly in collections with the company your leaving and now you owe two phone companies money. this is a bait and switch by fcc rules buyer beware.

would LOVE to give a 0 star but not an option.... the only person more rude than the sales clerk was the manager. They couldn't find our 15 year old account - we found it. They refused to contact their own customer service to work out THEIR glitch. To make it worse, a man left the store after some 10 minutes, and the employees all grouped around the table and talked about him like he was dirt.... the manager leading the parade! along with eye rolls, and grunts! Nope! Not a place to do business unless you like rude frustrating people!

Listen very carefully to their words...say one thing but means something else. Example: she should have said: if you do this, it will not be buy one get one free...it’ll be $700 off instead. Will not go back.
