Had a simple repair that turned out to be anything but simple. The vendor service was incredibly slow to respond and Apple Collision stayed on top of it. I would have had to spend months chasing this down, but they took all of the issues and handled them with the highest amount of professionalism. ADD TO THAT, they finished the work in a few hours, when I left the car for overnight. Absolutely top notch. I'm telling everyone about them.

Fantastic team all the way through! I so appreciated their constant communication and updates. When I first called regarding my vehicle, the first thing they asked was, "are you okay?" They care and it shows!

They did an awesome job on my car! Every week they sent me an update status, so I never had to wonder or call myself. They were super nice and made the whole process easy for me. They cleaned my car inside and out when they finished. They accept cash, check, and credit card. There is a fee to use a credit card because they are charged one. They told me all this before I picked up my car, so it was no surprise. I would definitely use them again. Hopefully I won't need to. ?

Great experience with them when my wife’s car got rear ended. I had an excellent experience with them and they detail your car before you pick it up which was not expected but a very nice touch. I would use them again and would recommend to anyone who needs body work. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful when I had extra questions.

They were amazing throughout the entire process! So communicative, responsive, and pleasant to work with. My car came back better than I had it, not just from repairs, but they cleaned it inside and out. They also partner with Enterprise to coordination the rental car drop off and pick up, which was a bonus.Services: Painting

Looking at the age of the complaints, it looks like there could have been a change in ownership around a year or so ago. Seems it was a great place back then but now, it's toxic. The guy that wrote the quote (owner?) must have missed taking his meds because he acted like a real weird psycho. Also, the quote was 4+ times higher that anyone else. I had driven by the garage several times over the past week before stopping in. Hardly ever saw anyone working on a car ? Thank God I was shown their true colors up front which assuredly saved me a lot of headaches, time & money.Too many other good places in the area to try, rather than settling for a mess like this.

Over the past 20 years, we have had all our body work done here. Yesterday, one of our cars was damaged before they opened. We tried to call but no one answered. We had the car towed there. My husband arrived at opening time and was told to "get the hell out". They wouldn't take the car nor would they give him the key so that he could get anything out of the car. It was a total nightmare. We have always paid every bill to them, and have never before had an issue. To be treated like this was really unpleasant. I would never again use their services.

I made an appointment to have a minor car repair conducted. When I arrived at the location, it was raining. The estimator would not do the estimate “because I’m not going out in the pouring rain.”Do not recommend.

It's a nice clean facility. I had the impression that business may be too good. Getting on the schedule seemed too difficult. I went elsewhere
