I am a new employee. I have found heaven! The staff is great. They're very helpful to new employees and show excellent care for all the children. Ms. Morgan is a dynamic leader. I hope to retire from here.

Would absolutely rate this zero stars. As a husband of a former employee and father of a child enrolled, I am highly disappointed in the treatment of employees and students at this place. Policies allow the children to run wild with no true guidance or discipline, parents way overpay for what care the children are provided. Parents pay $400 per week per child and are fed ham sandwiches multiple times each week. Teachers come and go because after 90 days, they realize that this employer is a scam. Health insurance is not affordable and teachers with children still pay a large portion of their checks for their children to be enrolled. Teachers are great individuals but are not paid according to their responsibilities and duties. Multiple teachers are given out of ratio classrooms and are asked to do more per shift because of employee turnover: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Our daughter has attended this facility for about two years now. It was great at first, but the facility seems to have constant turnover, and a lot of the good teachers have left. Additionally, they went up 16.5% on our tuition last year, and another price increase is coming in the next month or so. On top of the price increase, they have cut some of their services. They used to offer a full breakfast, but they have changed that to an AM snack instead. It's very frustrating to be charged more for tuition and get less services. I would've highly recommended this place a year or so ago, but they are the most expensive place in town and you can probably find better quality elsewhere. We are in the process of looking at new facility to move our daughter.

After my son’s daycare changed hours of operation, I was able to get my son placed here in a timely manner. They communicated with me very well and made the transition smooth. We love it so far, I love the daily updates and photos, I appreciate how friendly and welcoming the staff and director has been. It is hard trusting someone with your children and they have done a great job so far.

The Academy of Indian Lake Village is amazing! I have worked for this company for going on ten years. The way they pour into their staff and strive to always provide the best work atmosphere is unlike any place I have ever worked. Not only as an employee but as a parent of three children who have attended The Academy I know they are always in the best care. Best curriculum, teachers and management you will find.

Love AOILV! My daughter has been going since she was 7 weeks old and we have felt the love and care from every teacher she has had. She gets so excited when she sees her teacher greeting her with a big smile and I love the picture updates I get throughout the day. I highly recommend Academy to any parent looking for a safe, clean, and loving preschool for their little one.

I used to work here and it's one of the best preschools I have ever been to. My son absolutely loved it here and loved his teachers. The director is very understanding and goes over and above as well as the teachers. I highly recommend.

Two of my kids went through the Academy after a terrible experience at another daycare. They took us in quickly. I called at 5:45 at night after I picked up my son from the other place and was extremely upset. They waited after hours for me to come visit and got us in the next day. It was such a great thing for my kids and they learned so much. Forever grateful.

My toddler has been going to The Academy of Indian Lake since he was 6 weeks old. They have truly become like family! The amount of love and attention my son gets during the day is so amazing. He truly loves going to daycare every day! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Our son has been going to The Academy for just over two years and I’ve never been more confident in a decision in my life. He has learned so much from the incredible staff there. The educators don’t just take an interest in the children, but the family as a whole and genuinely care about what’s going on with the parents as well. When ever we have a second child, I look forward to sending them to The Academy!

I have worked at The Academy of Indian Lake Village for a year and a half now. Never have I found a job more rewarding than this! I walk into work every morning knowing that I am loved by the children and supported by the staff. Getting to learn about each child that walks into my classroom is my favorite part of working in childcare. Being there when they're learning to control their emotions or seeing they pride on their face when the complete a new task is something I am honored to be apart of.

I have worked at the Academy of Indian Lake for 3 years now and I have loved every second of my experience here. The Academy is like my second home. Everyone is so welcoming and willing to help you if you need help with anything and everything. Candace has been one of the best directors I have had in all my experience in childcare. She is very passionate about her job and she has all of the children and staff in mind at all times. She is always taking input from teachers and applying it where needed. I always feel prepared for any and all assessments at all times. The Academy is great at making sure all teachers go through the appropriate training's so we are always ready for anything. The loving and welcoming environment The Academy offers really does make this the best place to work! I am so glad to be apart of the AoILV team!!!

My daughter has been attending the Academy of Indian Lake Village for a little over 2yrs and we have had the best experience!! From the time my husband and I first visited, we knew that we wanted our daughter to attend. I was particularly impressed w/ how clean the place was, and how friendly the teachers and staff were. We have been blessed w/ phenomenal teachers such as: Ms. Jessica, Ms. Katlyn, Ms. Shawna, & Ms. Alex (all of whom my daughter has grown attached to). Also, the directors/administrative staff do an amazing job communicating and getting out information to the parents in a timely manner. My daughter will be entering Kindergarten in August, but we will never forget the Academy and the impact that it has left on us!

I have been blessed to work at the Academy of Indian Lake Village for 3 years. It has been an amazing place to be a part of! The family like atmosphere has been the best I have experienced in child care. The administration loves each and every staff member and go above and beyond to help them in any way possible. Candace, Jen, and Krystal are the best administration is have come across in my many years of child care. The way they care for each and every family and child is impeccable. From simple good mornings to catering to the specific needs of a family. I always feel prepared to start any day and their encouraging words always makes me feel at my best. This is the best child care I have worked at and I am so happy to be a part of this family.
