The woman with glasses that works the desk in the morning is less than helpful. She wants to find a problem with everything you bring her to ship or make any process you have to do at the post office more difficult . Whether it be shipping a item or simply trying to get a PO Box she will find a reason to tell you no! If you have business to do at the post office I would wait til the afternoon, never have an issue when I go after lunch.

Staff at the post office are great. Aside from the post master lady. Mail typically always arrives late and there are times the mailman won't even put packages in the mailbox, I've had to chase him down several times to get my mail. One time he brought a package in his personal vehicle after the Post Office had closed and proceeded to have a full blown conversation which was super awkward because it seemed like he was trying to make friends instead of keep things professional and do his job. Luckily there's a new mailman on our route who is always polite and professional and doesn't give off a creepy vibe.

The US Post office as a whole, not just the post office here in Henderson tennessee, is sadly lacking. Things don't arrive on time(to my po box which I will be cancelling.) Or sometimes they don't arrive at all. Most of the time packages come in damaged. I recently received a large gift box from a friend. It was clear the Box had been opened and retaped. There were things missing from the box. I will never use USPS again. Shame on you United States postal service! Boy the post office sure has gone downhill since it's inception.

Lots of undelivered items not even late just never show up. Packages saying delivered and never received. Tried calling and the line is always busy. The past 2or 3 months just wondering where some of my private and important information has gone to.

The manager is a rude, lazy, and hateful. He made one of the employees cry at one point. He allows a line to form out the door, does nothing to help out, and then berates the customers because they got there too close to closing (20 minutes before the closing time). He should be fired, but it's probably a totally pain in the rear to make it happen. This type of behavior is one reason the USPS is having such a difficult time.
