We purchased a vehicle through them and Joe was very helpful in finding us something within our budget. It had some issues within the first couple weeks and he was quick to help get it to a shop and fixed, even paying for the cost. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle.

Went for the $2500 trade for a safe drivable clunker. Trade went down to $700 because that's all they could sell it for. Wasted 2 hours of my time. We went to "Mr Mega Dealer" in Jackson and got triple the trade value for a newer and nicer car for less money.

Would give 10 if I could. We just bought our 3rd vehicle from Joe Noles plus we took our son there to buy his. The truck we bought in 2013 is still running with over 330000 miles He is honest, friendly and truly cares about his customers.

I sent a request in to schedule an appointment to look at a couple vehicles. Joe Noles replied fairly quickly and let me know that my date and time was good. When we got there Jason Rinks came right out to assist us. Both of the guys were very helpful and friendly. We were able to get in, drive a few vehicles, get our paperwork done and get out of there with our new vehicle in a couple hours. Would have been sooner but my wife was on zoom meetings for work so it slowed up the process.

They changed the price of vehicle on my contract and they refuse to correct it or exchange the vehicle. They basically told me to bad so sad. They are a bunch of criminals do not shop here.

I heard on the radio they were taking off the sales tax. The catch is they take it off but add it back on. ??? No negotiating the price. Other than that the experience was ok. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from 45 Auto Mart.

If you are needing a vehicle, and looking for a good dealership, then this is definitely the place you need to go! They have great vehicles, super friendly and very knowledgeable staff! I had a Great experience and will be using them for future purchases!
