Came in to get oil change and recall fixed on vehicle and they said they couldn't find my appointment even though I showed them the email confirmation. Then after that they said i had to schedule an appointment for the recall and when i told them the appointment was for both the oil change and recall they said they had time for just the oil change but no time to fix the recall. I then told them the recall is a reprogramming issue and they finally said they would check it out. So far not very happy with the service techs.

Didn't fix what I went for. Has me with a Selmer address and I live in henderson has a email address that isn't mine. This is not first Time not getting what I went for done is it because I am female and elderly? Very disappointed

Do false advertising!!! Will not stand behind any of their vehicles. Worst place I've ever bought a vehicle. Trouble from the vehicle since 1 month after purchase. They said, oh well, yours now.
