“If you need a climate controlled storage unit, just go to Big Orange Storage at 6770 Malone Creek Drive. I had storage units at another storage place which had water damage. I came to Big Orange Storage where Cody and Susan went out of their way to help me secure wonderful new units very quickly. Their facility is huge, spotless, and very reasonably priced. In addition, you will be treated like a friend as soon as you walk in the door. I have never been treated better anywhere. The entire team, Susan, Cody, Steven, and Riley, is wonderful! “We needed to store our 42' Class A diesel pusher while traveling for 2 weeks (indoors and plugged in to 20amp service to keep the fridge going) Wes was able to accommodate us at short notice. We were able to leave and pick up the RV easily with the staging area and secure gate code. While in storage our baby had a 'spa day' and we picked her up literally looking brand new. “We worked with Kelly at Affordable Storage Guys. We planned on moving our family to Tennessee and our plans were disrupted. Kelly was very understanding and provided great customer service. We already paid for 1 month, and the following month was due. They allowed us to cancel our contract last minute and didn’t obligate us to pay for upcoming month even though their policy could have easily obligated us to pay for the unused unit. Honest people that do business right. While our situation won’t allow us to use the storage unit, I would recommend them and would use them myself if we ever have the need again.”

She was very helpful and kind because I did check in two days before my scheduled time to begin using the storage unit.
