Have been out of coffee creamers for the last several weeks, seems to be out of alot since the new manager started ordering......in my opinion coffee quality has gone way down

Racist ladies at that front register.. 1 shower avail. Put my name and num on list and got skipped. I asked why ppl where going ahead of me while I had beeb told I was next after the person who was in there. They had no answer and told me the lady who signed me in went home. I'll shower ahead since they don't want to clean up after my kind.

I go in to the 1 /9 on my truck stop almost ever morning around 2and 4 am . For the first time ever they had no/none zip zeilch not one breakfast item. They apparently don't sale many on Fridays. So they didn't make any. I am confused. This has never ever ever happened not in my lifetime. What's going g on one 9. Guess we will be going so,where else for petrol. People were really nice though. So I hate giving just 1 star so I'm giving g them 3. Please please have your breakfast schedule fixed. I went out of my way to A frenshtoast

Very kind & cordial folks! The week time lady was very polite & cleaned the shower & bathrooms directly after others & was beyond responsive to other customers as well. Not a large spot but certainly a little oasis in the TN mtns. Only thing was the men's room had a busted bag of soap on the counter that looks like whomever caused the problem didn't notify anyone or nobody bothered to clean it & it's slowly spreading across the entire counter, mirror, etc. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The people hanging outside lot lizards and drug deals going on at 12 a.m I would highly suggest skipping this dump.

This lady is racist i was trying to buy a coffee and she came running to me and accused me of stealing cups. When i asked her why she’s doing this she gave attitude
When i paid my coffee and went out she followed me all the way to my truck i took this picture at the fuel isle.
If she treats every black customer like this no one will ever come back

Good place to park, arrive early because they have little parking ? there are only 2 stalls.... very stocked store and next to it there is a 1 dollar

Women’s restroom is clean and that’s the only reason this place even gets a star. Monday mid-afternoon with a full lot of cars and semis but the pumps are slower than molasses and don’t auto stop while pumping. Caused a massive spillover down the side of my car. One staff person working who is sweet but this stop is too busy for a one person show.
