If more companies like this existed the world would truly be a better place. “I live about 60 minutes from this Dollar general I just happened to be close by helping my friend with her house and thought that I would stop by and see what this store had and I like it a lot better than the one that I usually go to in my own town. All of the employees was very kind and went out of the way to help you even know that they were short-handed”

The price is very reasonable and the korean owner is a good and helpful person. I value his suggestions while looking for products in the store. There is a parking right infront of his store. “it's small store although it is neat tidy almost always stocked easy to remember where things are but I feel it looks cluttered but I also dont think it is when I think about it but you can decide on clutter or no but employees are outstanding, they stick to store policy no matter who you are. that's refreshing. it is 100 % but just that clutter arguement that's stuck in my head....”
“In summer and fall there are a lot of local vegetables and some fruits too. Winter, pretty much no local options except some greens and canned goods like jams. I appreciate the high standard for food they have. Their freshly ground peanut butter is just awesome and a totally fair reasonable point. Their hot bar food is typically excellent, and the options change daily. There have been some marvelous employees through the years, like Randy and Andreas, but also some who are rude and dismissive, whom I won't name. Overall, Three Rivers is an asset for healthy food options in Knoxville, both for grocery Staples and hot bar meals.”
“I have been shopping at ugo since they opened. It is my favorite store. Prices are low and there are always surprises everytime. I get to try things that are very pricey everywhere else..and their meats are great. They have the best and thickest porkchops I have ever had. This is always My first stop before going to any other store. Everyone is very nice and helpful and if there is an issue with anything they fix it with a smile. Thanks u..g..o!!”
“It's Dollar General.I like the staff on a personal level and they seem to be trying to improve after a couple of years of not being supported by the higher-ups, the staff was always trying to stock shelves and serve the checkout, and they didn't have very many employees to cover the bases, the company could have done something then.I guess better late than never. They also need to fix the bagging method. So often others and myself leave a bag on the backside of the carousel, that's all Yellow with yellow bags. I don't do it in any other stores and never have. Of course, now, we should make special efforts to ensure we have all the products, we don't do a bag count while they're bagging, we focus on the total being rung up. It's a small thing to fix for better customer experience. I know I'm not the only one, because when I've returned to fetch my bag, they have to look through others to see which is mine.”

“Neat place. A Dollar General with a good, if small, selection of groceries. Then add in another small section of home decor and craft/office supplies. It is a very nice little store. I picked some chips, nice pens, and markers, along with a cute little storage bin. I will definitely by going back.”

“I found a hidden gem!!!! I recently moved to the area and I wonder how many people know about this place that don’t live near it?They have way more than just chicken! Yes chicken City has Chicken but also has BEEF PORK and a bunch of other things that you can use for dinner tonight!The prices are great they take Cash, debit, credit card and they even take EBT holy moly that’s pretty awesome! “Cheapest produce around, even for the organic. Their brand is just as good as, and often better than, the national brands...and the prices are better. You need a quarter for a buggy, which you get back when you return your cart. I often "cheat" and use a key with a rounded head (mom hack of the day, for when you show up and realize your kids stole your Aldi quarter... and the rest of your change, too).”
“The last time I looked in the Kroger section at Walgreens they had some of the fresh baked goods, produce and deli stuff. They no longer have this. You'll pay a premium for anything you buy here but it's easy and quick, in and out, if you just need a few things and can't bear the thought at the mob, the parking lot and the lines at Kroger's. ?”

“It fits whats in my wallet. Liam Brown always greets you with a warm welcome when you come in the door and is always willing to help you find something ys works the register and stocking. He also knows how do the cash and credit both. The other younger guy has a bad attitude very rude fuss cuss having to work over. He should be grateful he has a job. All he wants to do is cash no credit cards. I've also seen him in his car smoking pot behind the other stores. You can smell it. The manager I've known for years very nice. She's a friend.”

This morning i almost collided with a floor cleaner machine and i immediately apologized but the person operating it seemed to have a Scoff type attitude towards me and moved on- I understand its a scary thing But To be fair you cant just Rush around the corner like that so recklessly bestie?”
“Very good neighborhood grocery store. It is just the right size with a good selection. We rarely have to go to another store due to not finding what we need.They have recently added an addition that almost doubled the size of the store. It has a deli with made to order meals and deserts.”
“Went in this evening for ice cream with my wife and 7 yr old son. After we made our selection from the vast array of available flavors we proceeded to the check out line. My son being 7 was talkative and asking questions about how everything worked. A HUGE shout out to Alex our awesome clerk who not only answered all my son’s questions but did so with amazing patience and insight. Thank you Alex for making a mundane shopping run a memorable experience for my 7 yr old!!!”

“Not sure why others are complaining . If the owner is there she will absolutely drop everything and help, maybe the negative reviews came when she wasn't there, I've not a problem with food or service since the got rid of a few employees last year.”
