“Most honest mechanic you will ever find! He will do his best to find the problem and without overcharging. I had a metal clank when I shifted forward or back and when I pulled out or stopped. It sounded like it was under the car and was the transmission. You could hear it outside the car as well standing near it. Took it to Mike who when driving it said that he heard it too. At first it sounded like it was under the car near the back seat. Mike had me drive while he sat behind me. He discovered that the car jack that is hidden in a compartment over the rear wheel was loose and a bar of it was hitting another part of it. Anyone else would have had me paying for a new transmission or other expensive repair. My cost zero! I've been going to miles for 30 years for a reason. He is packed with cars. But like I've always said, if you see two restaurants and one has only two cars and plenty of parking and the other you can't find a parking place... Who has the best service and price? The one everyone else in town goes too!”
“The owner really reminds you what it means to take care of customers. Took my car in and had me fixed the same day and didn't charge an outrageous amount for the work.will take All further needs to this place”

“They sell cigarettes sliders a few things of candy on a few kinds of drinks there's not a huge selection but it's nice to not have to go in the store for everything and a gas always has the value card special.”

If he doesn’t have what you are looking for he will do his best to get it. for those who vape he has the best deals on disposables. the prices are what made me return but the customer service is what made me stay and i don’t plan on taking my business anywhere else!!”

“Such a great place to get gas. If you have Kroger fuel points you can use your discount here. The attendance stay at the gas station fairly late at night. Everyone I have talked to has been so positive and happy to help anyway they can. I would recommend this location. I also feel safe getting gas here.”
“I love going to food city, the friendly staff and fresh produce always makes my shopping experience easier. Food city having butchers behind the counter to cut or package your meat however you need stands out among grocery stores.”
“I usually go to Food City Gas'N Go specifically bc I shop at Food City & earn Fuel Visits. They already have a decent price on gas but it's great knowing I just did basic shopping & a already good gas price gets even better when I use Fuel Visit. If I'm remembering correctly... it's ¢15 cheaper on an already good price of gas!”

“Sooo...all of these years of shopping at Kroger, I've never utilized their fuel points. Not a smart move on my part! I just saved .60 cents on the gallon! Please...take advantage of this during the inflation. The young man at the window will even scan your card for you! He was so helpful.”

“I would've never thought to put a Baskin-Robbins in an Exxon gas station, but here it is! We came here to meet our friends for birthday ice cream. It didn't have alllll the flavors (like Jamoca Almond Fudge), to serve, but they do sell pints of ice cream too (which has Jamoca Almond Fudge as a pint.) There were several tables there to sit and enjoy our ice cream. They allowed us to eat our ice cream and pay later. P.S. I forgot to finish this review around my birthday. Ooopppsss!”

They also have a slushie machine, a coffee station and tons of snacks and drinks non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They even make their own Subs it's called the granddaddy for $5 you can't beat that price.”

“I saw the most heart warming situation here today. The lady running the building came out and pumped an elderly gentleman's gas because he couldn't walk. She had a pleasant smile on her face the whole time. In the middle of helping him another customer had a question to start pumping gas. She never missed a beat and took care of it all. With a smile on her face the entire time. God bless her. She deserves it. This was Clinton Hwy and Emory Rd. Food City gas and go.”

“Employees are very courteous and helpful. This facility has home cooked meals 5 days a week. They offer sandwiches seven days a week. Store is well stocked wine fresh merchandise. There is an ATM convenient, a service charge may be required for transactions. Restroom and store is accessible but not all aisles may not be readily accessible so some caution is warranted. Store and restrooms are kept very clean.”

“I had forgotten my walker and couldn't shop without a cart while was unavailable when I entered. One of the sweet ladies that worked there offered to pick up a couple of items for me. While she was picking them up a cart became available and I finished my shopping. They were so sweet to me. I have just moved to knoxville and had never shopped their store before. I was very impressed. Thank you for your kindness FOOD CITY”
“I've been a Wiegel's patron for the better part of my life! I love their store locations. I have had a Wiegel's within 3 min of where I have lived since I was 8 yrs old. I'm 44 now and live off Cunningham in Halls. I have a Wiegel's about 1.5 mins away on Emory. Wiegel's definitely has me as a customer 4 life! I remember getting Icee's when I was a youngster. Keep it up, thank you for being there when I've needed ya!”

“Very kind & cordial folks! The week time lady was very polite & cleaned the shower & bathrooms directly after others & was beyond responsive to other customers as well. Not a large spot but certainly a little oasis in the TN mtns. Only thing was the men's room had a busted bag of soap on the counter that looks like whomever caused the problem didn't notify anyone or nobody bothered to clean it & it's slowly spreading across the entire counter, mirror, etc. Otherwise a pleasant experience.”
