“Huuuge shout out to Trousdale County Veterinary Clinic. They had been highly recommended to me for multiple reasons and I see exactly why. Had an appointment for Monday for my fur baby due to a rash but it suddenly got worse over a day. Got up this morning and drove down to see if they could take a walk in. As I was speaking to the receptionist Dr. Towns walked up. He overheard me and said “ bring him on in and we’ll get him taken care of”. The kindness in his voice alone calmed my fur baby mama heart.
When I came in, Diezel was crazy as usual. Loving the people but not the other dogs. They directed me to a room where I could let the leash go to fill out paperwork.
Dr came in quickly, knew exactly what was wrong and fixed us up and we were out the door in 20 minutes.
Cost of the services were very reasonable. AND the place smelled amazing lol.
I will never use another vet after the care we received from the time we walked in the front door until the time we walked out.

“I had to have my dog, Boomer, euthanized in November 2020, and Dr. Miller and his staff went above and beyond to get me through it. I felt that they really cared about Boomer and hated it as much as I did, but there was no choice. Dr. Miller did what he could, but Boomer couldn't be saved. The day I had to go back in to pay the bill, one of the women at the desk got up and hugged me. Of course, I lost it, but they are the most caring people to take your pet to.”

“We got there at 4 on Saturday of labor day weekend. We knew they closed at 5, and they told us take all the time we needed to say bye. We know they were ready to go home but never once did they rush us. It was an emergency and they were over an hour away, if it wasn't for that they'd be our regular vet. Top notch people and shoot you straight.”

“Dr Towns did a farm call to pull Coggins & update my horses’ and donkeys’ vaccines.
I had never met him prior, but had heard only good things about him.
I’m happy to say, they were all true!
He is very personable, and was fantastic with all my equines!!
