So my wife calls and makes an appointment to purchase and install 2 new tires. The employee let's her know what times are available. So she accepts one date and then he said ok we will put the tires aside for you. My wife precedes to make arrangements for our children to be watched and leave work early to get to this mid-day appointment. She arrives, they put her vehicle up on the lift, they remove the tires, then he comes in and says sorry we don't have your tires here. Apparently he also said they do this all the time. Just the time wasted alone is enough to be disappointed but after eventually getting the tires back on and off the lift they don't even say anything about getting the tires or completing the work at another time(not that we'd ever return here). At the very least this is the worst customer service we have experienced. This was extremely unprofessional.

You can't beat the service or the price! These guys are always fair, friendly and efficient. I will not do business with anyone else, if I can have it done here. They really are the best ?

Every time I go into hartsville alignment I'm greeted by a group of nice employees and customers waiting on their vehicles. I've had multiple tire repairs and ordered a couple sets of tires here. Not once have I ever felt anything but 100% positivity on my decision. I will not go any where else.
