I figured I would leave a review for Dr. Molina since he is new. This was my first check-up in several years. Dr. Molina was great. I could tell he, along with all the staff there, really cared about my health. Grateful for all of them.

Harrison Medical Center office manager. I have been going to my PCP for over 20 years. 1& 1/2 years ago the office got a new office manager and I have only had bad experiences since she has come in. I have underlying conditions so 1 time a ye I try to get my wellness visit early in the morning. I make this appointment 1 year in advance. The office manager has changed my appointments without contacting me or tell me he is booked. Every time I walk into that office she gives me a hard time. Twice she got into my face and told me to get another PCP. Why when I have a good one. They made my appointment at 2:30 PM. So I took the appointment. They tried to call me the day before the appointment to remind me but i was working and could answer my phone. If i did i could have lost my job. I went to the visit, had not eaten all day, was sick by the time I got there and they informed me they cancelled my appointment because I didn't answer the phone. They said this is there protocol. I was never informed of there new protocol. This is why I feel the office manager was making it up. She took me in a little room and got in my face. I ran out of the room and ran down to the hall and told him what happen. He went ahead and did my wellness visit. I wonder how may other patients she has ran off. She is a bully. I like my doctor been going there for over 20 years. I was treated horribly. Because a women has control issues.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr.Ewing is a very good Doctor, he lessons, good bedside manners.
