They tell you a time script will be ready and it isn't. Also always seems to be a long line, so you wait forever only to find out it is not ready.

The male pharmacist and a couple other techs are great, the older, blonde tech- Theresa- that I’ve encountered twice at pickup (I’ve only been here twice) and the female pharmacist are the rudest I’ve ever had the displeasure to encounter. I worked retail pharmacy for 10 years until 3 years ago and I’ve never experienced that level of unprofessionalism.Catered to the pill seeker in front of me in line but treated me like a criminal for having a coupon for my antidepressant.I’m sure one family won’t hurt your metrics, but I will not be returning to this pharmacy.
