old lady working there has half a brain. staff always treats every customer like a thief. the location is convenient but the staff need to RETIRE. and unlock the ice during the day if they’re going to keep the self checkouts closed out of fear of theft. doesn’t DG have insurance for minor theft? insane. we are literally in the country. not a populated mega city.

Received some wipes that were dry. Annette the employee has no smile and asked me which store I got the product. Per dollar general Policy you can return to any location. She informed me her manager doesn't allow any returns without a receipt. How about this dolly general stops treating their customers like crooks. Won't be back. Staff here are horrible!

This Dollar General Store is located in an area on highway 58 near apartments. In the past I have purchased items but this particular time I was disgusted in what I found. I purchased a smart water (June 29, 2023) because I workout frequently and I wanted to hydrate well before my afternoon run. I drank some of the water and placed it in my cupholder. When I got home about an 1-2 hours later, I noticed something floating in my water. It was fluffy and black. Black mold is what it appeared to be. The more the water was moved the more the dark colored material stirred up. I called customer service and they said they would draft an email to notify Dollar General. I am navigating next steps because I feel that the Dollar General in this area is not up to standard. This water's expiration date was July 1, 2023. It is Smart Water which is costly. Be careful what you purchase from this dollar general and from the smart water company. Pictures have been attached.

I don't understand how this store gets 4 star average!!!!!I had a minor problem but instead of helping me the crabby cashier said she couldn't help me. So I didn't bother wasting her time or mine by arguing. I left and I looked on the website to see what the possible solution to my problem should be. I attempted to call for a manager at the store number over a 30 minute time period but after 20 attempts I still got a busy signal....Too bad I can't leave a Zero Star!!!?

Nice Friendly staff always, just hate that their phone is unplugged now i have to drive all the way there to See if i left my card by mistake. Not happy at all :/

My husband is the store manager & he works very hard to please all of his customers! He works 6 days out of 7 and will dig threw his stock room if you can’t find what your needing! He is a nice guy & will be be glad to help JUST ASK HIM. His store is the cleanest I have seen in Chattanooga, every store is understaffed or have some out of stock but I promise his store is the one your gonna be most pleased with! Check for yourself!

This is my DG home. Unfortunately, the shelves are hardly ever stocked. There is usually only one cashier for the 10 people standing in line. Never go there between 5&6pm you wont be there in line less than 30. This store could do a lot better. Fortunately though it is literally right across the street.
