“Stockdales is a great store. Just don't buy cinch up brand jeans. They're garbage. I have a pair less than 8 month old that are literally coming apart at the seams. I've even spent more money having them repaired by an alterations business. I plan to forward my remarks and pictures to the manufacturer. Just not quality to expect from high price jeans.”

Probably made the wrong decision, because now my husband won't get out of his recliner....but he works hard in this heat and he deserved a nice chair to come home to! “My recent visit to T.J. Maxx in Chattanooga was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific item I was looking for, and I noticed they had a limited selection of dog treats compared to Home Goods and Marshall's. If you have specific pet needs, you might have better luck at the other stores in the same family. However, T.J. Maxx is still worth exploring for its diverse range of other products.”

“It depends on what you're looking for, but everything is $5.55 & below. Some products are what you'd expect for that amnt of money but there's also stuff there that are a great deal for $5.55 & under. They have licensed character items, such as Hello Kitty, Sanrio, Marvel's, Disney, Squishimals, etc. They have lots of electronic items such as phone chargers, power banks, earbuds & phone accessories as well as Bluetooth speakers(I cant speak on the quality/durabilityof these items bc ive never bought electronics from them), air bud/ear bud cases, charging cables, etc.They have home decor, t-shirts, holiday themed decor & pj's as well as snacks & drinks. You can find sweatshirts/yoga pants/workout type clothing, but it's not super high quality. However, the tshirts are mostly licensed/name brand & worth more than $5.00!The store is organized really well, offers self checkout, they keep it clean & the employees are very friendly, helpful & seem like they enjoy their job too.I took off 1 star bc the quality of some of the items is poor & you definitely get what you pay for in someinstances. Overall, this could be a treasure trove of items that are inexpensive or it could be full of smaller ticket items not worth digging thru. It all deoends on which way you look at it.”

“I've always been a fan of Ross. Great place to find many eclectic items. Love some of the food options they carry. Bags of Turmeric, matcha green tea, different salts & more. They often have cool dinnerware and make up as well as cremes & lotions as well. The ladies at the registers are always quick & polite too. The store is usually generally clean but have noticed an uptick of some customers that are making crazy messes. That's awful for the employees.”

“Stopped by here while I was visiting my parents in TN, and there were so many great deals at this store. They have a wide variety of clothing and accessories and you can tell that the employees love their job and care for the store the best they can.It always makes me very sad to see physical stores with not as many people as back in the day. So please support them.I was able to get my mom and myself a bunch of nice clothes and shoes.The makeup and perfume counter had great deals and I was able to pick up some perfume there as well.friendly and great store!”

“They did not have the item I went after but I found a great alternative. The under armour kids clothing was on sale so I added a jacket to my purchase. The store was clean, well organized and well stocked. The associates were cheerful and helpful. Checkout was fast. The parking could be better. They need more handicap spaces. I had to park far from the entrance so I was in pain and out of breath by the time I reached the entrance. Luckily there were benches just inside the first set of doors so I rested before doing my shopping and again before walking to my car.”

“My first visit to a Marshall’s.After losing everything we own in a house fire —one week ago.I met Ms. Carla ( customer service coordinator) she was absolutely the most wonderful and helpful woman I have met in a retail business in a very long while.As her co-worker ( large girl, lots of piercings and tattoos wearing g a spaghetti strap tank top - looked extremely unprofessional) yelled at her, treated her like a dog and laughed.Ms. Carla was professional, apologetic about the other cashier and went above and beyond.I spoke with the manager on duty and advised him of the situation.I pray Ms. Carla is given a letter of recommendation and praise for her superb service and excellent customer service skills.”

“They have a great selection of high quality products. Very nice people that work at this location. We are looking to buy a grill and we will for sure use them. They were able to tell us about all the functions and differences in what we were looking at. We also are going to get new fireplace logs and they have them there as well. “Love this place. The people are super friendly and accepting. My boyfriend and I got some hats there and got to talking to them and the place is super inclusive now and they’ve even hired a quite a few lgbtqia+ members. They did a great job designing our hats and they got it done very quickly. Just from our experience their I think people can be a little unrealistic in their expectations from the staff and forget these are just regular retail workers and not skilled artisans. They are skilled and talented for sure, but again, it’s a hat store and most of these people didn’t take this minimum wage job expecting to learn a complex job and machine like that.”

“Typical Walmart store. This one was located across the street from our hotel. We stopped here to find some shorts or some clearance swimsuits since we wanted to get in the hotel pool. Well, shorts it was. The store was very well stocked! If they sold it, it was there because they didn't have any gaps on their shelves. This is different in this time.”

“My faith in Walmart has been restored, again! I had a bad experience with a pickup order about a 60-count egg purchase. More than half the eggs were broken. I didn't take them back the same day but I did complete the survey afterwards. The next day, Walmart called me and walked me through the return process, and had me come and get a replacement. The pick-up of the replacement was smooth. The woman that called me was great, friendly, and knowledgeable.”
