Staff was very friendly. Store was well stocked. Affordable range prices. Alarmingly poor/No ventilation in the range. Spent about 30 minutes inside the range and there was a constant fog of gun smoke that made breathing very difficult. HIGHLY RECOMMEND an N95 mask if you're going for a range session.

Took my mom in to go shooting, they were super polite and helpful. Not sure about the review talking about lead poisoning, i suppose there could be better ventilation but then the sound would escape more. Overall we had a great experience.

Only took one visit to the range to end up with lead poisoning. They have no system for evacuating the lead from the air in their range. Stay safe by staying away.

Great range and decent prices. They also have great FFL transfers rates.

Due to lack of inventory control or order processing I can not recommend Carter's for future purchases. My order was lost and then delayed. When I arrived to pick up my purchase. Once again it could not be found. What I was told was maybe it will be in tomorrow. I then asked for a refund. To which I was told I have nice attitude. When I insisted I was informed he(mickey) would have to contact the owner to come in.But low and behold while he was calling the owner he found my purchase sitting on the shelf. You have 50/50 chance of receiving quality customer service at carter's. If you find mickey working I suggest you turn around and walk out. Between his lacadasical efforts and poor customer service to his rude comments and ignoring of customers questions. It is not worth the hassle. In four visits in or a family member has had to deal with mickey. So take your chances on receiving quality service. What's really a shame is it will also cause me to look elsewhere for training as I chose carter's based on its collaboration with zikops training facility. But poor customer service on one side has ruined that idea I will search elsewhere.

I don’t know if the staff were tired or just unfriendly but they weren’t welcoming in the slightest at my visit tonight. I have a good amount of experience with firearms and firearm safety to preface. I understand weapons have to be treated with respect. The two guys at the counter just looked like and acted like they didn’t want any part of me and were generally unwelcoming. I hope this isn’t the way they normally conduct business.

Came in to shoot for my father in laws birthday. Had a really great experience. Range is in ok shape, few target motors don't work. But the staff were great and really helpful.

Been in a few times. Each time they've been well staffed and extremely helpful. Planning to pickup a range membership as a result.

Visiting Carter's Shooting Supply for the first time, I discovered extraordinary customer service, wise counsel and a referral to a gunsmith who was better equipped than theirs for the process I needed (replacing a pinned front sight with a tritium sight). Looking through the shop I saw excellent depth of products offered for all manner of personal protection tools, hunting tools and the expertise of the onwer/staff. In addition, there was a sign on the front door alerting customers that the store closes at 6PM on Fridays in order to support the local High School sports teams. Now, that is the sign of good people and a trerrific company that is keen to build stronger families!

Will not walk through there doors again! Walk in looking to buy an AR15 the lady at the computer at the far end of the counter finally Acknowledged I was there, and said we will be with you in a minute. The man in the store was helping someone with getting signed up as a member. He asked what I was looking for, and as I was explaining that to him some people walked in wanting to get a membership! He walked off telling me that’s what we have pointing to the wall, and proceeded to help the people that came in after me! The lady never tried to help nor did she get off the computer! So good luck with your business!
