I have been with Y-12 for 28 years. And I must say it has always been such a great institution. All the ladies & gentlemen are very welcoming. Everyone knows my name when I go into my location. But, the phone banking is absolutely horrible. I am almost positive the tellers over the phone work from home. they clearly have zero knowledge of what they're doing. I noticed 10 days ago my credit card was being used fraudulently. And I called to report it & have the card stopped from being used until I could into the branch. I had to call 3 different times to speak with 3 different people until someone was able to stop the card. I ordered a new card. And still haven't received it 10 days later. I realize that I have been sitting on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to locate my card. Customer Service is really lacking. And when your dealing with someone's money. There should be a little more detail to attention!

I used to love this bank but now it seems like every time you try to talk to them on the phone about anything they’re very rude I recommend getting better customer service training for all of your employees and get a better underwriting department

been doing banking with roane county branch for a long time . Seen many faces and all of their employees are always super nice and on their game. you will not find a better place to bank in roane county. they make you feel like your not just a customer but a friend.

I have been banking with Y-12 Federal Credit Union for over 30 years and I could not ask for a better bank for my financial needs. I have banked with others common banks like First National and those banks will rip you off on service fees but I have never had any problems with Y-12 Federal Credit Union.

The credit union I was using for over a decade began declining in service over the past couple of years and I was becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the institution's incapabilities. I moved my direct deposit and all my accounts to Y12. You should, too! It was a very good decision.
