Sad excuse for a pharmacy. They treat you like you are a big inconvenience not like a paying customer. They show zero compassion when trying to get your prescription filled, especially for sick toddlers. Switched pharmacies and will not be back

This 1 star is for all Walgreens, they have gone from somewhere you can depend on having your medicine ready to a place where it never is ready. We call and they say will be ready tomorrow, get here and poof no one has a clue and you have to wait. No one takes responsibility the company is going down hill fast gotten to big, to corporate no care for the community. We have lives also please do what you say. We don't like coming here no more than you want us here. Trying not to use walmart but damn not giving us nuch choice.

The pharmacy is understaffed. I wait in line for nearly 30 minutes everytime I refill a prescription, and probably about half the time they have messed it up resulting in me waiting another 15 - 30 minutes to get my prescription. I do not recommend using this location as your pharmacy.

Things tend to be different price when you get to the register it's happened to me twice now something was supposed to be 14.99 I got to the register it was over 20

I started using this location for prescriptions recently. I have used the drive thru for each pickup. They are efficient, very friendly and helpful. I went into the store to look for a particular item which I could not find. 2 different employees happily assisted me. The store was clean and organized.

I went today to deposit my cash onto my chime card as I always do since I’m a server and the money I make is cash tips. I was told I can’t make more than one deposit which I know is incorrect because I do this atleast one or twice a week. I then said ok I’ll do one on my cash app and was told again I can’t do that. Then after I said I would have my daughter do one she hesitated and took all my cash on her hands to the back where I couldn’t see my money. After standing there for 30 minutes i called the corporate office and they told me I could do my deposit like I thought in the first place. after my money was scattered all over the place meaning in the back and at two registers I just wanted my money and to leave. She also told me I was 110 dollars short which I knew wasn’t correct and what made me say just give me my cash. She stood infront of me refusing to give me my own money and mocking me as I was saying I want my money now. Again she refused to give me my own money. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life and to deliberately be rude and just inconvenience to me. She was very rude! Even the corporate could here everything going on as I was on the phone. Her name was Kathy. Don’t trust her handling your cash because she lied to me over and over and was doing anything she could to make what I needed to do difficult. I was late for work and never got to get my deposit into my account! The people In corporate repeatedly apologized and were very helpful. I plan of following up with my report and although I never do this I wanted to stop it from happening again and also make everybody aware!!

I placed an online order for pick up, and when I arrived at the store 30 minutes later, the order had not been filled or even started. I received a confirmation that the order was received. I had to collect the order myself. This is totally unacceptable!I realize that the store was most likely under staffed, but pick up service should not be offered if it can't be fulfilled.I am a senior, and shop at Walgreens faithfully. I am terribly disappointed with this situation!!!

This pharmacy NEVER gets anything right! I had to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens from another pharmacy because of my insurance. Needless to say that Walgreens has and always will SUCK!!!!!!!

The employees are so rude and have the worst attitudes. I usually never post reviews but after hundreds (yes hundreds, I’ve used this pharmacy for years) of awful experiences I decided I’d let everyone know how they are. They say it’ll take 30 minutes to fill a prescription? More like 1.5 hours. Example: yesterday I went to pick up a prescription for my husband. They said it was ready, but we couldn’t pick it up until tomorrow (today). I said okay and left. Today I show up and when I get to the window she rudely says “we don’t have anything ready for him.” I told her what the person told me yesterday and she said, “I mean we don’t have it ready.” So I ask her if it was ready yesterday…why isn’t it ready today? She doesn’t have an answer just tells me it’ll be 30 minutes. I’ve now been sitting here for 45 minutes with no end in sight. Thank god our new insurance requires us to switch to CVS, can’t wait to not have to deal with this anymore.

Unfortunately, the attitude of one pharmacist is what rates this review. I’ve always had a pleasant interaction with the others, but I guess unfortunately I made the mistake of contacting corporate after this particular woman for the third time told me medication had to be picked up day of and not day before, stating it was policy to make customers run out of meds before getting their refills. I asked corporate. They were supposed to talk to them leaving me anonymous and then contact me back. Well of course they didn’t contact me back, and then I got a nice little lecture from this particular pharmacist and was also informed that she had tried to contact my doctor to let them know I was inquiring about policies and to give her a heads up that I was asking to pick up medication before it was due. Literally the day before. So it was on hand for the next morning. When I was due to start the new script. I was so flabbergasted that I did not know who to contact at that point. Very unprofessional. And again, it’s just her. Everyone else has been great. She makes people feel like they’re children being scolded. I felt so embarrassed and angry and frustrated.

For some reason this pharmacy hates to give 90 day supplies. Just look at the rest of the comments. I’ve never had an issue picking up a 90 day supply of birth control, however they state insurance won’t cover 90. I doubt they ever ran it through because my insurance does and I can go to any other walgeeens and get my 90 day , which is what I did.All they ever had to do was physically run the 90 days in their system and I could of gotten it from this location instead of driving to the next closest Walgreens.Plus my Walgreens app gave me a notice that my rx is covered up to 90 days and to request for 90. When I did that I picked up 30. (Also confirmed with insurance)I also got told they didn’t have my rx last month and that they were out, until I questioned how and when they’re getting more, suddenly I was told it will be filed in 15 minutes.Guess I’m switching pharmacies until they can get their stuff together.

Every single time I go to pick up my photo orders they won’t listen to my order id numbers nor the sizes and instead of actually looking they say that I didn’t order photos there or that they didn’t find them.. but I get confirmation texts and emails saying otherwise. This is getting ridiculous it’s every single time I go there .

Count your meds at this location. My doctor prescribed a 3 month supply but they shorted me over half of my medication (100+ pills). When I went back to get the remainder of my meds the same night, they charged my (on file) card again. Also paid $25.00 for a 3 month supply when a 1 month supply costs me $3.34 but I guess that's an insurance issue.
