First off before I get started the employees at this location are amazing. I have been coming here for over three years and never have had a problem like I have in the past two months. Inventory at this location is getting very slim. They never have my juice or coils. Like I said before it’s not the workers fault, it’s their bosses not making it a priority to keep this location stocked. I have always learned if you are not going to run multiple locations correctly and the same you need to step back and rethink your situation. This situation is very very unacceptable. It makes your employees look bad when we all I know it not their fault. I say you all need to get your stuff together and treat all stores the same and I know you will be more successful. You lost a very faithful every week customer here.

Bought vape there quit working in 72 hours nothing I could do because have to have physical receipt so don’t throw the receipt away but 72 hours and with technology they could pull it up on they computer but o well

I came here to buy a coil for my tank. Once I bought it the attention offer to put it in for me. I said no problem go ahead and then he dropped my entire tank on the ground and broke it and usually if I would have break something in this store I would have to pay for it but I guess that is not how things work whenever the attendant who works at the store break something that is not their property

After a year they FINALLY got the juice I’ve been longing for!!As well every time I go in they’re nice and attentive. I’m pretty indecisive so they also walk me through juices, coils, and vapes that may fit the criteria I’m looking for!

At first I had given this shop a one star review....mistake. First impressions not always. They reward repeat customers with hardware and e liquid coupons. Above and beyond any vape shop I have shopped at. These guys are cheaper more knowledgeable than any other overpriced shop. Down to earth staff that takes the time to show and help customers. There hardware prices are on par since all USPS etc stopped shipping vape products. Go here you will waste your time elsewhere. Thanks vapor fox
