Very unsatisfied with the vehicle as well as the service. I have had the vehicle for roughly a year and only been able to drive it for about 6 months due to one issue or another. The first issue, I took the truck to them to get fixed, they had it for several weeks. Felt like I was getting the run around, but after several weeks they said they put a new motor in it. When got it back it started doing the exact same thing shortly after.

Jason is literally the best. He doesn’t fit the typical “car salesman” stereotype. He genuinely cares and will work with you as much as he can. Go and see them. You won’t be disappointed and you will drive out knowing that you are getting the best deal on the best cars.

After speaking to Jason I decided to delete my last review and give this company another chance. There was just a miscommunication and they offered to fix our vehicle for us and believe they do care for their customers and value customer satisfaction. It is nice to know if issues arise they will handle them in a professional and timely manner.

I gave a good review but I take it back. My car blew up 6 months after getting it. I took it for repairs and waited 2 months to find out that they replaced the motor but then caused $620 dollars in damage. They gave it back to me and it died the same day I got it back. The backseat was out and battery was dead when we got it back. I had to take it to another repair shop to get it fixed. I have even asked mechanics and friends I know and they all say they monkey around with cars more than anything. Any mechanic in roane county will say do not buy from them.

I am not sure who Nathan is I was told the GM. You have the worst customer service any business owner could have. Jason and Angela you are great people and if it wasn’t for you I would file a LEMON LAWSUIT AGAINST Valley Motors since Nathan doesn’t feel he’s responsible for a car that was just purchased 4 days ago.
