Ronnie took on the project of rebuilding my transmission that blew up on the way down from Wisconsin to Georgia. He is honest and cares about the quality of work his shop puts out. Great communication and most of all had the job done so I could get home to my children for Christmas 2021. Would definitely recommend Roane county transmission to anyone. Highly highly highly recommend this shop!!On Monday night (3 days before Thanksgiving on a road trip) our van's 3rd and 4th gear went out on us on I-40. Thankfully my husband was able to shift down to 2nd and get us to a hotel. The next morning he called and spoke to Ronnie and arranged to drop the van off for a full transmisson rebuild. Mind you we are 900 miles from home and 90 miles from our final destination. Ronnie and his staff went to work right away and our van was ready for pick up on Wednesday evening. Ya'll Ronnie made a really tough situation into a really incredible experience. You can tell he really cares about his customers and the work they do. Like I said in the beginning - I highly recommend this shop.
