My wife has banked here for five years and has had nothing but issues and constant fraud charges when asked to help they accuse us of using unsecured apps like cash app that I’ve used with my bank for the past 10 years, and I’ve never had a fraud charge! This bank is absolutely horrible I beg anyone to stay away from regions bank!

Some younger Hispanic girl in the drive-thru was really rude when I made a withdrawal. I like to always count the money to ensure it’s correct. She was really hateful & a smart aleck. Told me to move up because someone was behind me, even though there was an empty lane to the right, after I already addressed the reason why I was still parked & counting the cash in the first place. She needs to take a customer service course or be retrained so she’s nice & polite.

I want to the Harriman location to finalize my checking account I set up online and was immediately helped by a FABULOUS associate named Chelsea! She made time for me at a moment’s notice even though she was about to go to lunch. She was so kind and knowledgeable. Usually when dealing with opening a new account at a new bank it takes a very long time but I was in and out in about 15 minutes! She took care of everything immediately and the next day she called to follow up and give me a status update for my new account and left her contact information should I have further questions or need anything else. Chelsea at the Harriman location for Regions Bank is a perfect example of why Regions was voted “Best Of” in Knoxville’s CityView poll!

July 27, 2020. I have talk to multiple people at this bank in regards to stopping a business from debiting my account. Not one time but TWO TIMES they allowed it after I notified them not to. I literally took all the money out but 12 cents, canceled the debit card, called the whole world at the bank and Yet they let it go through AGAIN and now want that money plus their overdraft fee. This is extortion. I am making a police report and findimg an attorney to do a class action lawsuit because no way am I the only one. If this has happened to you please reach out to me at

Disappointed. If I could rate lower I would. They close at 4 and we walked up to the door at 3:56 and the lady saw us in the parking lot and continued to lock the door as we were walking up. Terrible place. And they were rude to my grandma.

Problem? Not the local branch staff , the folks working hard at the Harriman branch are plenty friendly, and care. Thanks Kim and Benita! However! I experienced consistent, repeated failures from Regions Bank when attempting to document the payoff of an auto-loan. Let me count the visits? After failure, 3 additional visits and multiple contacts via voice and email. I urged them to solve this, or suggested I'd outsource the problem to legal counsel. That rattled the solution out fast! The staff at the branch are not equipped to help you folks! The have to scrap their way thru chat, ticket systems and unattended research services (no way to voice internal service agencies for help Regions? Really?) from corporate. This is a failure designed to save Region's cost of services to you, the service experience they market to you with great bravado. Zip it Region's corporate! I already stopped banking at Regions because of rude staff at the Oak Ridge branch (tellers and management), and can't suggest you bank at Regions anywhere. My name is John D Pappas, and I stand firmly behind this review. The moral here, if you don't have legal resources to ensure you're treated with respect, and according to lawful protections, skip Regions. Be advised Regions, this review does not constitute an invitation "to be in touch" with me about your problems. Not in any manner whatsoever! The problems, they are yours, not mine. Do not seek me out or disrupt my life, you've wasted enough of my time. Are we clear Regions Bank? That simple!

I will never recommend anyone to bank here. My husband passed away August 14th I did the right thing by going to the bank to close his account out the right way (even though he always told me go to the atm and just take it out), I have never experienced such POOR customer service as I have from this branch. What makes it worse is I have known them since AmSouth. I will say thank you to Kim C who finally helped me more today since the first day I walked in and spoke with her Co-partner who never returned my calls and lied to my face. Good-bye forever and thank you for such a hard time during the passing of my husband.
