My husband purchased a rebuilt starter for his truck. Got it put on started the truck once and then after that it wouldn’t start. Took it back to get a different one or his money back and wouldn’t do neither. And wouldn’t even let him trade it back for his old one. Just disappointed. Probably isn’t the employees fault.

Eli helped me out today and that guy was awesome!! I've had my share working in customer service, and Eli nailed it. He was very respectful, showed incredible personal interest while NOT wasting time. He focused on what I needed and made the visit very welcoming. He's a great worker!!

There is a difference between fuel line and vacuum line. Fortunately the Rockwood store knows the difference and has no problem selling you vacuum line when you request it. The midtown store takes great offense when you tell them fuel line is different from vacuum line. Needless to say I won’t bother trying the midtown store for anything again.

Tonight I stopped in to get my front headlight bulb replaced and Eli quickly found and explained my various bulb replacement options with costs. He had me rung up and my headlight working again within 10 minutes. He was extremely polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable about his job . Cudos for hiring great employees like Eli. Autozone in Knoxville said it would take them at least 30 to 40 minutes to get me taken care of. Glad I drove home to O'Reilly's.

This store is the one of two stores I use for auto parts. The other is an online only. But this store has always had what I needed. If they didn't which is rare, they help me find where I can get it. Very friendly employees. Great prices. Great warranties on products.
