Let me start out by saying I rarely leave reviews. I especially hate leaving bad reviews on small businesses. I understand people need to feed their families. I am not leaving this review because parts were delayed. There are certain circumstances that are not in control of body shop. I'm leaving a poor review because they dropped the ball on things they could control. Multiple return trips back to the shop to fix what should have been repaired the first time. Not reinstalling factory parts. Lack of communication when informing us that parts are back ordered. Now I'm sitting in a tire shop getting new tires, because the alignment is off and has destroyed newer tires. The alignment was supposed to be completed by body shop. I'd search other body shops untill they can remedy their issues.Services: Painting
