I have been to many a Kroger, but this one takes the cake! Always has what I'm looking for. Always has stocked shelves. Always has employees that are eager to help with a smile. It is clean, tidy and well organized. I am proud to call this 'our' Kroger! We will be getting all our groceries here y'all!

I used to really love this store, but seeing how they handle social guidelines during a pandemic is nauseating. Lines backed up into the actual shopping aisles. Not enough room for people to move. The last trip I made, will be the last. You when you see your store starting to get that busy, you should be turning people away. Customers should also he required to wear masks, not just your employees. whoever runs this store is completely irresponsible.

Kroger is ALWAYS out of the things I need. This doesn't seem to be a problem with the Knoxville and Oak Ridge stores. Someone needs to do a better job of inventory and restocking.

absolutely unbelievable service sucks Kroger Midtown Harriman... The person in front of us spent $300 on groceries bagged every bit of it himself in the cashier line that's what you get when they start installing self-checkouts they're trying to force you to go to them I don't get paid to work there I would have left my buggy without paying

I purchased some food off the deli. This was a pre-packed item not made by the deli. My mistake was not checking the sell by date. The next day before eating I just happed to check the date. Today's date is 12/19/18 and the sell by date on the item was 10/9/18. The Kroger representative asked me if I'd like to exchange it, which would have been great but all the products on the shelf were 2 months out of date. I really wasn't looking for a refund, but just an explanation of how you can let food remain on the deli shelf 2 months past the sell by date. I did however receive a refund, but the representative didn't seem sorry, or apologetic at all. It looks really bad when you have a product/s on your deli that is 2 months past the sell by date.

I have been to this location numerous times. It is always clean and well kept. The team members go out of their way to assist even when not asked. And it is located right of I40!!!
