I've been so impressed with Jerry Duncan Ford's service department that I drive over 100 minutes round trip to go there as opposed to a closer dealer. They are friendly, professional, very quick and less expensive than other dealers. Great service at a great price. I recommend them for all routine service needs.

Salesman lied about our vehicle that he sold us. He told us it was certified preowned and just owned by one old woman. Tried to take it and trade it a year later for a bigger vehicle and apparently it was in an accident before we bought it and had more than one owner.Never will we do business here again.

Didn't have problems serving the vehicle. He had an appointment and was a little early , they got it right on back. It's super nice people. However, I recently had to jump a friend off last week, and my battery terminal was corroded really bad, it would be nice if it this became an item on the list to be checked when servicing the vehicle . I mean, especially when you pay to have a vehicle serviced every 5000 miles ..

Took an F250 powerstroke to the Ford dealership in Harriman Tennessee they call me and and tell me the truck is ready I go up there the truck won't even run play tell me they don't like to send it out like that but it is what it is

First time I visited the dealership. I wish when I was trading cars frequently I had dealt with this dealership. They don't play games, they are just good, honest people. The best car buying experience I have ever had. Be sure to ask for Nathaniel.

Took my truck in to be checked for a misfire...had it in bay within 2 minutes...diagnosed...repaired...out within an hour...great service and hospitality...

This is for the Service Center - do not take your vehicle here. I took my Edge here for an issue. After 2.5 days and 40 miles on the car (this wasn't something that required much driving to troubleshoot), the issue was, very obviously, still present when I picked it up and drove it out of the parking lot. I never took it back. Later on, my husband took his F-150 here for a couple issues. They had it for days to say they needed to order parts and would call when they came in. (We took the truck home in the meantime). Weeks went by so he called to follow up. The parts hadn't been ordered. Months then went by and he called again. They just put him on a continuous hold loop for 15 mins until someone finally said they'd call us back. They will NEVER call you back. So between not fixing your vehicle, wasting your time and gas and putting unnecessary miles on your car, and not talking to you when you call and never calling back when they say they will - go literally anywhere else.

Unfortunately, I have to add to the poor reviews for this dealership. I called on 1/9 to schedule an appointment to have a recall addressed, new rear brakes, and an oil change. I arrived for my appointment at 8:40 yesterday morning (1/16) and proceeded to wait 4 hours only to find out that the only maintenance that had been completed was on my rear brakes. I was told twice, an hour apart, that it would take 30-45 more minutes to bleed my brakes. At no point during this time was I informed that my oil would not be changed or that they did not have the part needed to fix the recall, even when I asked for an estimate. I had to reschedule 2 different appointments for my 8 month old daughter due to the unreasonable amount of time it took for my rear brakes to be fixed. I finally received a bill for $684 at 12:30 and realized no other maintenance had been completed. At that time, I could not wait any longer so it did not make sense to even address this issue with staff. This was my first and last experience with Jerry Duncan and I would highly advise against scheduling any maintenance with this dealership.

Awful dealership! I wouldn't buy anything from here nor use their service department. Communication is lacking you can't get anyone to call back. My father in law has had his car 5 weeks out of 8 months. The "new" transmission they replaced has already failed and he is has been without a vehicle since September 15. We keep calling Ford motor corporations but they can't get ahold of anyone atvthe dealership either.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could, because they don’t deserve one! The manager at this dealership does not honor deals he makes on new vehicles. He lies, and tries to rip you off! Do NOT make the mistake of giving them your business, unless you enjoy being cheated!! Worst dealership ever!! Would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!

Horrible experience. If I could leave less than a star I would. Makes deals then don’t hold them up when the vehicle arrives on the lot. AWFUL. Will never go back.

I would definitely ask for Holly when buying a vehicle. She went over and beyond! Sales process was easy, fast and at a fair price.
